Most of the staff is awesome at what they do. They really do make a difference. Most of the speech paths are awesome (my fave is Robin) and the OT and PTs are amazing! Definitely love that side of it.However it can be a toxic work environment on the “school side” you don’t get treated how you should and some of the staff are cliques and into drama.
