I canceled my order over 4 months ago and they decided to drop off a container away. I will not pay for this company's mistake or refer anyone to them.

PODS Moving & Storage is one of the absolute worst companies you want to work with when moving. At first, everything went smoothly with drop off. When it was time to pick up, they never showed. I called them about noon the day of scheduled pick up, and found out they moved my date to almost a week later without my asking or approval. After more than a dozen calls the day before and day of we close on our old and new house we STILL do not have our pod. I have hired help to unload said pod yesterday, moved them to today and the pod still isn’t here. Now they aren’t available the day the pod is “supposed” to get here. I have been told more than once that they will correct the issue and promised it would be delivered yesterday, however it never came and now we are being told it will be next week before it arrives. I am absolutely furious and now have to be in my new home without my belongings because PODS still haven’t fixed this issue. Not only is this a huge disappointment to me, but a major inconvenience to the new home owners as they need to be able to get their moving truck in the driveway to unload their belongings. 0 stars. Do not recommend. Never use this company unless you want to wait an unknown amount of time for your belongings to be delivered.Some of the people we have talked to are Eddy, Devontae, Brayden, Roy, Janet, and Franco. Those are just the ones I wrote down, there are several others I did not write down.

Regret is the word that immediately comes to mind. Dealing with Pods has been an absolute nightmare. They lied to us multiple times about the location of our container and it was only after our old landlord called to ask us why it was still there that we were even able to locate our belongings. Customer service is infuriating. The people are nice enough but the communication between them is terrible. Multiple times we were told they couldn't get in touch with the manager of the location where our things were SUPPOSED to be. We were disconnected multiple times and it's a toss up as to whether they will call you back. Each time we called and sat on hold for HOURS to be reassured that something was happening only to have to call back and repeat the process because their information was incorrect, they never updated the order in the system, etc, etc. I'm angry, I'm exhausted and I'm ready to get my things. At this point, I have zero faith in or desire to work with this company again.

They delivered to the wrong address and then it took an extra day to get it delivered. Since I had taken off work to be home for placement of pod I missed two days of work of which I was to get an adjustment but never did

They have been great to work with in response to our particular needs and adjustments. On drop off day,our driver Chris was fast, courteous, helpful and was very professional even when there was a problem with tree branchs. He remained cool and calm while he waited for me to remove the problem. Thank you Chris and Pods for having great employees who care about customers and service. That is getting harder to find these days.

Using them for a long distance move, BEWARE of this terrible and unprofessional company. Near impossible to contact them. They rescheduled our drop off date and didn't inform us until I received an email at 11:34pm. I called and sat on hold for 2 hours to be "assured" that my pod would be dropped off...it wasn't. So they reschedule it and drop it off close to 7pm although my window said between 9:15am and 12:15pm. I understand things happen but I had to keep calling to find out what was going on. They then just don't show up to pick up on the scheduled day. I chatted multiple times and they once again "assured" me that it would be picked up...it wasn't. So the next day I have to get on chat and reschedule it for 5 days later...which will be after I have moved. I ordered and scheduled all of this over 2months in advance. So now I see an extra $329 fee that wasn't on my original bill for rental of the container at a storage facility. So really they could just keep changing your dates and charging you rental fees. This company is a joke and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Just wish I could give less than 1 star.

Chris delivered the POD, and returned to pick it back up. Both times he was there right to the minute on time and very professional. Completely a great experience...

Chris delivered our POD in a downpour and never stopped smiling. He was extremely friendly and more than willing to place the POD in the most convenient spot for us to load our items with minimal risk from the weather. Although our pickup was cancelled 2 times at the last minute with poor communication (over 2 hours spent on the phone with customer service), Chris came to the rescue once again. He apologized on behalf of the company and the driver who refused our pickup the day prior. He definitely deserves a raise for his professionalism, and commitment to the customer!

Didn’t call me when they couldn’t fulfill my reservation I had for a month. 2hr wait to be told 3 days later is the best we can do. Could not recommend PODs. Will never use them again.

My initial interaction with this company was quite positive. I booked everything online and they showed up as scheduled. The guy even called before coming over. Did a great job placing it in a difficult spot and gave me good info on how to load it. Since then it has been more miss than hit. When scheduling the first move it was delayed by three days. Now with final pick up, the date we wanted to move was not available so we took the next available, 3 days later. Today they don't show up in the pick up window. I call to ask about this. The guys assures me they will still be coming this day. Later that night the pod is still there and I get an e-mail that it has been rescheduled for 2 days later. Poor communication. Poor execution. No follow through. Just things to keep in mind, because when you are moving schedules can be really important, but this company is not reliable for dates that are booked. It seems they are extremely short staffed and unable to communicate that properly to their customers. Expect major delays.

Awful experience! This business is a joke. POD never arrived on the scheduled day and someone changed the date of the delivery without my knowledge. I personally went to the facility from which the container was supposed have arrived from. Plenty of empty containers but NO ONE to deliver them. The only person who was there was an elderly retired gentleman who could maybe lift an I-Pod, on which there was no record of our transaction and the order wouldn’t have been fulfilled anyway. I booked this move in March to take place in May! They still charged my card for over 3K. The refund is allegedly being processed. Almost shocking experience! DON’T USE IT!

This may show up twice as i did a review the other day. But im using the QR code Chris left us today. *** from the other day*** I would like to extend many thanks to one of your delivery drivers, Chris. He picked up and then delivered our POD. He was very professional, courteous and on time. Many thanks Chris for the great experience! Hopefully this gets back to you!

Chris at the PODS office in Wichita was very professional to deal with. After dealing with another person that drives out of the Wichita office I wasn't so sure I wanted to use PODS again, Chris assured me that he would handle the delivery of our next POD. He's the best, he is excellent with the communication and did everything he said he would! I just want to say to Chris in the Wichita office THANK YOU!!! You're the best!

Laureen Hill at PODS has given me terribly bad customer service. Their driver damaged my property back in November of 2022 and Laureen Hill still refuses to even discuss any kind of payment to fix the damage.Use PODS at your own risk and if they damage your property be resigned to fixing it yourself

Very friendly service! I didn't think I would need a month so I was hesitant to rent a POD, thinking it was too much money for only needing it for a week. However, having it for a month gave us time to pack ahead of time and take our time unpacking as well. Overall I felt the rate was good. Besides, it was fascinating to watch them pick up/drop off the POD.
