CAME INTO TOWNE EAST AND WAS LOOKING FOR A RING WHEN I STOPPED AT BANTER THE LADY'S WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL I WAS ABLE TO GET A LEASE I ONLY PAID ABOUT $85 AND WALKED AWAY WITH MY JEWLERY I WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK HERE

Just got my ears pierced by a very nice and helpful lady here! Went to Claire's and Icing, I felt uncomfortable getting them from Claire's, Icing was too expensive and this place had more unique selection. So this place was the awesome middle ground. First time piercing lobes, i got the free piercing that comes with the earrings, hurts less than a shot. Dont be afraid! I paid $54 ish for the earrings + solution. Cheaper than other places and felt more professional than Claire's. Located right in front of Tilly's.Will update if anything wrong happens with the piercing, but if the review stops here, take it as good!

After receiving a "not so good" ear lobes piercing experience at a tattoo shop, I came to piercing Pagoda to have some things corrected. Which they did, and Rosemary was fantastic.

Very friendly staff. I have sensitive ears & have just recently gotten brave enough to take out the earrings my ears were pierced with (professionally done, at a tattoo shop, after unsuccessfully having them done with a gun about 5 or 6 times throughout my life) & try something new. These ladies talked with me for quite some time & helped me feel better about making the decision to change them out. When I came back the next time to actually make my purchase the gal remembered me & helped me pick out a couple of pairs. These earrings do not have a normal back. The backs on these are so comfortable! I've been wearing them 24/7 for a couple of weeks now, only taking them out to change them. No problems at all! They look & feel great!

Friendly staff however I think you should be on the website that you have to go to a licensed piercing shop for cartilage piercings.

They did an okay job piercing my daughters ears. One side is a little crooked. But the worst parts is the quality of the earrings. She’s had them for about 3 months. But the backing of it a crooked from catching on clothes and it’s not very strong. I liked Claire’s earrings a lot better. I used Claire’s with my first daughter and I never had problems with the earrings for 4 years.
