Needed some pictures printed quick for gifts and tried the local CVS. I was not happy with the color and quality of what I received, they looked nothing like what I had sent. I looked up other choices and thankfully found Picture Perfect! Had 38 prints made and they were done in an hour. They look very professional, weren’t very expensive and looked exactly like the photos I had sent in; but better!! ❤️

This is my favorite place to order pictures! More pricy than Walgreens or Walmart, but the quality is 100x better. If I order one or two pictures, they are usually ready within an hour.

I'm disappointed. I was looking for help with an ID photo to upload to the State website but didn't want a passport app because it's for my DL renewal online. Tracy told me to come in so I did. She didn't seem as confident once I arrived, she took two photos & I thought she might show them to me first? She took a phone call & I waited for her, then asked her to show me the photos. I mean, she overcharged me $21.95! After she plugged the camera into the computer (because she didn't instantly show me them on the camera screen)I realized the photos were bad! My eye was half closed in both! But she 1. Wasn't going to redo them before I paid her 2. She held the camera, it wasn't on a tripod. 3. She took a bad photo twice without even telling me. Even a professional photographer has the decency to adjust a subject.This store is the only one in the city that will print hard copy photos from digital cameras but it's way overpriced. The previous owner had a better attitude and more professional skills. If the DL ID photo is rejected on my renewal application, I'll tell Tracy she owes me a refund or a do-over. There's always the Better Business Bureau if she refuses! $21.95 is price gouging.

Picture Perfect is my FAVORITE photo printing place ever! They are very excellent at printing high quality prints. I have been a customer at Picture Perfect for over 15 years. When my mom died, they retouched a photo for me very quickly that we used for the newspaper. They pay close attention to all the details of my orders. They have many different designs for cards & invitations and make custom designs. I love the cards & invitations they have made for our family. They care about their customers & they print excellent pictures. I recommend Picture Perfect to everyone!

I do NOT recommend this place. We got my graduation photos back and they are terrible. They lightened my pictures WITHOUT our permission (they admitted to it). They made my skin look gray/very pale and the colors in the background are very washed out. We called and told them and they refused to refund us.
