Adam got us a great rate at a time when it is tough to get a great rate. He also worked with me to get my closing costs down. He and his team provided great service and made sure everything went smoothly for our closing. We would definitely work with them again!

Chayse Cowan was one of the worst lenders I have encountered in my 18+ years in the business. I feel sorry for the buyer that lost out on their new house due to the unprofessional mannor that Chayse handeled the transaction. The buyer ended up loosing money from inspections and appraisal and the house because the lender did not do his job and didnt keep the agents informed as to what was going on. I will never recommend.

I can't say enough of how seamless my loan process went with Adam. From the start I could tell that he had my best interest in mind. I checked with another lender who wanted my parents to cosign and had other requirements. When I talked with Adam, he assured me that would not be necessary and we could do a loan with just me. We were on a short timeline due to selling our house quicker than expected which gave us less than 30 days to close on our new house. Right away Adam worked it to get us a far better interest rate than expected. He knew what information would need to be submitted to complete the loan and sent me a list up front of everything needed. I was not asked for additional information, only to clarify a couple things after the initial request which was far different from my last home loan experience where I had to keep providing information for days after the initial request. I felt like Adam understood how valuable my time was. He kept in constant contact with myself and my realtor to ensure everything was lined up to close on the house I was selling and the house I bought the same day. Did I mention that it was just over 3 weeks to complete? Amazing! Adam Hamilton and Phoenix Mortgage Group are great at what they do and a blessing for quickly and professionally getting us in our dream home! So many thanks Adam and his staff!!
