I mistakenly booked a grooming appointment at this location. An employee called me to make sure I booked at the right place, since I don't usually visit this store. She also offered to call the correct store to try to switch my appointment. It didn't end up working out, but I really appreciated that she took the initiative to call me and try to help.

They charge absolutely ridiculous prices for ferrets. Employee said we could compromise since they’ve only sold two since he’s been employed. Offered them half of the obnoxious 500$ price and he said no. Good to know they rather have them live in a tiny cage their whole lives then go to a good home with 2 other ferrets. Very disappointed I went ahead and still spent 50$ on a 6lb bag of food for my other ferrets. At least they’ll be happy.

Wow! I make sure to go to this store since I live 2.5 hours away, one way, due to the awesome, clean tanks and good quality fish they have but not this time. The fish tanks were dirty with algae. You couldn't even see the fish. I had to go find someone to help me with the fish. The guy was hesitated. He got frustrated since he scoped up swordtails/mollies when I wanted the gold danios. He dumped them back into the tank and went to get someone else to help me. If your going to work in a pet shop, familiarize yourself with the fish and for goodness sake, clean your tanks so your customers can see the fish! I realize that every tank has algae growth due to the lights, but keep it clean. Very disappointed. It use to be the cleanest Petco around.

Took my baby in Friday afternoon his appointment was 1pm I know the grooming takes some hours but the staff there never called or text me he was ready after trying to call and no answer around 5:45 I went up there to find that my baby had been ready not sure how long as he was in the back and only 1 girl was working so we will not be returning back. I do want to say the manager guy that is always there swiftly helped me and brought my baby to me.

There were pallets of everything all over the floor, blocking much of what I was possibly trying to find. I was there for almost 30 minutes and only saw one employee who was on his phone for most of it. When I did ask him, he had no clue what I was even looking for and I spent 5 minutes following him around. I can’t blame him, it seemed like he lacked training. The only reason I didn’t give a 1 star is because their fish tanks were really good.

My dog was adopted from KHS in July and has a TON of anxiety and is afraid of almost everything. I had been bathing him as best I could at home but it was just time for a good grooming with teeth and nails.
From the time he got out of the car he was resisting, shaking and terrified. A staff member came out with treats and encouragement and stayed with us until I could coax him in.
They were so sweet and gentle from start to finish even taking extra time and going slow with parts that were especially scary like the drying.
He came home smelling amazing and so proud of himself!
They could have turned us away, he was very difficult and they had every right to decline him but they went above and beyond and I am so appreciative.
Lucky will be back next month thank you so much for everything you did for my good boy :)

I took my dog to get groomed here and the groomer, Tiffany, cut my dog. No one told me that they cut my dog. I only found out after I got home and I was petting her and felt the scab. When I called to complain, they knew exactly what I was calling about before I even said anything. They tried to say that my dog already had the scab but I pet and play with he enough to know that was not there. I did not like the attitude I got when I called. I will never be taking any of my dogs here again. DO NOT take your dog here to get groomed if you love them. I have taken all my dogs to multiple groomers and have never had this experience. They are horrible and need to train their groomers correctly.

Good location. Smelled clean inside, and the staff were helpful. They gave me the customer service number so I can figure out how to get into my member account and redeem the old pet food rewards program. Other locations have told me they can’t see the rewards program and cannot help me. Definitely will go back for all of my cat food needs.
