Grooming needs to be trained on how to not razor burn your dog, “its your fault it happened” Oh and they wont help you treat it afterwords either. Good job petco, you lost a loyal customer. Justin in vetco is great though, very helpful.

Went in to get goldfish for my pond and things to keep my service dog cool this summer. My sister was also looking for a calming collar for her psycho cat. She found things to try, but not what she was looking for. The cooling dog selection was a cool mat for almost $50 that you just soak in water and they lay on it. My poodle HATES water! Luckily the guy who got my fish was very nice. We are an hour away from the nearest petco, so overall not exactly thrilled about the selection of merchandise.

Petco always has what I need and the customer associates are equally helpful and accommodating. I use this store for all my pet needs.

Highly disappointed in my dogs grooming. I asked if they knew how to cut my dogs hair as she is pure bred they said yes and when I got there she had to get out a template to know how to cut her hair. I go to pick them and there is an extra $6.00 charge per dog for a “materials” fee. My male dog weighs less than 8 pounds, so there is no possible way that they used$6.00 worth of shampoo on him. My female looks she has been scalped on her back part of her body. I will never again allow them to groom my dogs. I will take them back to woofs. I will pay more but they will look good. Then they scheduled their next appointment without my permission that I cancelled. Only good thing about this is their hair will grow back.
