This place has significantly declined over the years. They wouldn't fit our elderly dog who can't get in and out of the house easily after THEIR employees put the incorrect time down. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Friendly and quick with service, my boys love them. Recommend as they seem a little cheaper then a few other places in Wichita.

I have taken my dog, Toby for 15 years. The veterinarian was so kind when we dropped him off this morning for complete dental removal of all his teeth. They respond to you phone calls always in a timely manner. I would recommend this clinic to all my family and friends.

Very pricey. I have heard bad reviews but decided to check them out. 3x more expensive then other vets. They did not have compassion when it was end of life decisions except to make sure they got their money. Will never recommend them.

Absolutely do not recommend this place. Was given a prescription for a 20ml bottle of medicine for my cat and only 15ml of it was filled. I called and they said it would be another $25 to fill the remaining 5ml that was not given to me due to their error. The vet also told me if I got my cat in before signs of the skin condition came back I would not have to pay to see the her again, due to trying to save on costs. She blatantly lied to me because when I called back I was told I would have to pay another $60 for her to be seen. Save your money!

Most reasonably priced vet I've been to in Wichita. Everyone is nice and they don't try to up-sale you on things.

Just went to Pet Haven for my dogs annual rabies shot and had 2 kids in tow. When we got there the 4 year old needed to go potty. They had NO bathrooms she could use! "EMPLOYEES ONLY" I was told and that they would hold the appointment open while I took her home and came backNeedless to say, I, my dogs and my cat will be finding another vet!

This is the best veterinarian clinic that I have been to. Every person who I've encountered working here is kind and especially kind to the animals. The prices here are also very fair. They helped with an emergency my friends dog had and worked with our budget, judge free. That experience made me start coming here for my animals and I will be referring anyone I know looking for a vet to come here!!!

Quick appointment. New patient. Price for RX was high. Very good exam & staff was friendly. Doesn't give written RX for online ordering. Paid $11 for 10 pills I could get online for $0.16/each.

This is an amazing place to be. All the staff are personable, straight to the point, & very helpful. They took the best care of my baby when she had a respiratory infection. You can tell they love animals.

Dr Abbey was wonderful. She was very informative and caring about my cat. I wasn't rushed, she took time to explain treatment and the best options moving forward. The vet tech was great too.

I am extremely unpleased with this clinic and how they handled the situation I was included in. I fostered a dog from one of their clients under the pretense that she (the dog) was about to be euthanized due to an extreme ear infection and the owners didn't want to pay for the testing. I stepped in and paid for the testing, this was in Dec, it took approximately 2 months to even get a phone call back from this clinic, upon the phone call that much later their big reveal was that she was allergic to dust! Meanwhile this dogs leg had swelled up immensely. I reached out to Heartstrings foundation (who is actually awesome) and overnight they raised money for another test for Sweets, i took her to a different clinic, and this clinic called back in 2 days with the unfortunate news that Sweets had Hemangiosarcoma and it was terminal. I reached out to the previous owner and we compared medical bills from pet haven, they had performed the same test that they charged me 800.00 for on multiple occasions with the previous owner! They made it out to me that the owner "wasn't doing what was needed" however upon checking their bills the owners had spent well into the thousands trying to figure out what was wrong with their fur baby. Why could they not have found the issue? Why did another clinic find it in 2 days? Why did it take 2 months to call me? So many questions that will remain unanswered as i wouldn't take my worst enemies dog to this vet clinic at this point.
