WORST place in Wichita!! Horrible customer service. Horrible business people. They sold me a non working fridge. Said give it 4 hours at first to cool then it was 24 hours and then when I called and mentioned I bought more food and am loosing it as time passes they said wait another 3 days for them to make it right ?! I DO NOT RECOMMEND

30 day warranty and it died at 60 days. After checking it out it was obviously never refurbished or checked out before selling. Adgitator stopped spinning. Shaft was rusted out and missing tines and had been for awhile. Very disappointed in results. $256 down the drain.

One star only because no stars wasn’t an option! The strawberry blonde older woman behind the desk probably drives away every customer they have. She was so rude and unfriendly that I decided to go elsewhere to spend my money. Can’t forget the prices are also a little on the high side for used.

Really nice people! We went all over looking for a used dryer for our daughter and Pattie's was the only place that had a 30 day warranty covering all parts & labor.. and a 6 month warranty where they cover labor & buyer covers the parts! Everywhere else was only 30/90 days.

First washer we picked out lasted 1 cycle and the display quit working. Took it back for an exchange. They swore up and down it worked but wouldn't actually take my word that the display would not work so a load couldn't be started. But fine they exchanged it for another one that lasted 2 months but had problems draining the entire time. I should have taken that one back within the 30day warranty but I really didn't want to shuffle washes for a third time. I don't think anything is actually checked for proper functionality before it is put on the floor to sell. Save yourself some time and buy somewhere else

I went to two other stores before ending up at Patti's. The owner is very knowledgeable and friendly! Credit was given for my old washer and he helped load the new one up. Highly recommend Patti's for used appliances! The price was fair and service was awesome!

After reading all the reviews I was skeptical about coming here, but we bought a washer dryer that I didn't like the first time so we were able to take it back and get another washer dryer. Even though the lady does not great you when you walk in, she is pretty nice once you speak to her, they were very helpful in choosing a second wash machine and the process was easy gave me a refund of the money I didn't spend on the second washer would recommend them, prices were reasonable for a used unit, and as far as the comments that I read I did not see any roaches at the place not taking my units home. Both units were roach free. As for the second Unit, I am loving it it works great no complaints.

Locally owned business but a dryer they're not a very big variety but cheaper products used products definitely need to shop around I won't make that my first choice is ever again dryer gave out after 6 months

25 days from buying a fridge and starts leaking water everywhereThey say they offer a 30 day warranty but then you have to go up there so you have to take all your food out of your fridge And take the fridge up to them they won’t come out to you. Smh.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!! This place is garage do not buy from here their appliances are infested with roaches soon as they brung they washer into my house roaches was coming out now my house is infested with themAnd I have never had roaches ever in my life this place should be ashamed it's disgusting , not to mention their delivery guys are so unprofessional they damaged my door and tried to blame it on me stay far far away unless you want roaches!!!!
