Subject: Disappointing Customer Service Experience at PacSunI am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the customer service my daughter received at PacSun. After making a purchase in-store, she realized that the same items were available at a significantly lower price online.Upon bringing this to the attention of the staff, particularly an employee named Arnette, my daughter requested a refund. Shockingly, Arnette refused to process the return, insisting that my daughter would need to come back on a different day to return the items.This experience not only reflects poorly on the store's commitment to customer satisfaction but also raises questions about the flexibility and responsiveness of PacSun's return policies. It is disheartening to see a loyal customer treated in such a dismissive manner.on 11/29/2023 I attempted to return my daughter purchased items, Arnette was rude and condescending, refusing to process the return. Despite my insistence and confirmation from my daughter, who made the purchase using Apple Pay linked to the original card and a valid receipt. Arnette claimed it was a different card used, which I insured her it wasn't.Instead of using her resources to verify the information, Arnette insisted on showing me a receipt with a different card number. This led to unnecessary confusion and frustration. Even after providing clear evidence that the transaction was linked to the original card, Arnette continued to resist issuing a refund.Throughout the interaction, Arnette displayed a blatant disregard for providing excellent customer service. Her unprofessional demeanor and reluctance to address the issue promptly created an overall negative experience. It was only after persistent efforts on my part that she reluctantly processed the refund, leaving me with a sense that she was doing me a favor rather than fulfilling her responsibilities as a store manager. I explained numerous times that when an individual pay with apple pay it dose not show the actual card number but instead shows a ghost card number that is linked with the original card.This experience has left me deeply disappointed with PacSun's customer service, and I believe it reflects poorly on the store's management. I hope that my feedback can contribute to improving the overall customer experience at this location by providing Arnette with the necessary training and guidance she desperately needs to create a more positive and customer-centric experience.In a market where competition thrives, such lapses are not only damaging but potentially fatal to a brand's reputation if behaviors and actions such as Arnette continues.

Worse customer service. Never greeted us. Let us walk around the store collecting items for my teenagers to try on. Then waited at the fitting rooms forever to be told that they can’t try on clothes an hour and a half before closing. Yes 1.5 hours before closing and can’t try on clothes. Way to loose a big sale due to pure laziness.

I was let into a fitting room by a young lady, tried on a pair of jeans (I didn't buy), and was ready to purchase them when someone started banging on the fitting room door. She asked if I was let into the room and when I said yes she demanded to know who. I didn't know anything besides how she looked, and explained that, only for the woman to say that wasn't true, and to walk away and not help me at the check out counter.Won't be shopping in store anymore.

They so need to use UPS. FedEx is so slow. I got stuff I ordered from Macy's 3 days after I ordered pac sun. Macy's showed up 2 day's sooner.

I bought a sweater and it was too big so i took it back with the receipt and tag only 2 days later and they wouldn’t take it back. i asked them why and they said they couldn’t take it back because it had stains on it and had been worn. i told them i hadn’t worn it and asked to see the supposed stains on the shirt. after i asked they then wouldn’t show me the shirt but said i could exchange it. they then were very rude and barley gave me a different size. after i got home with the different size they hadn’t taken off the security tag. so i once again had to go back to the store. and then i once again got attitude. they were just very rude and unprofessional.

Tried to return shorts just purchased one day ago and manager would not return $44.00 pair due to Tag with size on it which was sewn on and was not on the shorts. We had tag with size and price and receipt!! Could not believe it. Can't afford to just throw money away. A paper tag could not be made says the manager. After arguing there is no store I have ever been in would have a policy like that, manager finally decided to exchange the item! I suggested to my teen grand daughters to not shop at pac sun. Very unfriendly customer service!! If I could I would choose to put zero stars. Very unhappy with such a widespread business. Do not shop at this store!

I love PacSun's clothes, but I don't like that they never have good sales. Like ever. Also it's disappointing that this location has poor customer service just like other PS stores I've been to. The employees often give off the vibe that they are cooler than you and do not have time to take care of your concerns.

Pacsun is the best place to shop! Their employees are nice and super helpful. The manager(I think) the one with blue hair was extremely kind and helpful when I was deciding what playboy clothing to buy. Also she kinda cute not gonna lie! I’ll be shopping there again!

I’d give them no stars if I could. My daughter exchanged some jeans she bought for $54.95 because they didn’t fit.. they have the dressing rooms closed. The pair she exchanged she was given credit for on the two new pairs purchased and had to pay an additional $34.97. This pair also did not fit, so we went to return them... the “manager” would only return the additional $34 paid and said even though my receipt showing the exchange and price originally paid ($54.95) she could not take it into account. She was very rude and not willing to discuss why I felt we were owed $89.92 not $34.97. She only gave us the $34.97 and not the original amount paid, she owed us $89.92 before taxes. Be careful with your returns they will keep your money even if you have receipt. Townes East and the girl with Purple hair has No customer service!! Now my daughter is out $60 of her Christmas money because they can’t do math at Pacsun! ???

I bought my son a denim jacket online because it states you can return in store for a FULL refund if returned before 30 days of purchase if it doesn't work. I had my son go in store to return it he had the receipt and my card to have the money put back on it but was refused a refund by Arnette as she called herself the manager and supervisor (which I know there is someone over her as I worked in that mall as a supervisor of a well known retail store) but instead was offered an in store credit to which he would never use because their sizes run big so nothing would fit him!!! The jacket was never worn and had tags on it. The store states in their company policy you may return online purchases in store for a full refund but yet we were refused the refund so I'm having to return it by mail losing money and my son being screwed out if his Christmas gift.Definitely getting in contact with the corporate office as this store manager is NOT following company policies set in place. Bad business.
