I work for a small mechanic shop in Newton. We have done a fair bit of business with PB Hoidale without major incident until recently. We attempted to order a part that we needed as quickly as possible. I talked to Carlos in the parts department who assured me they would have it for us ready to pick up in 3-5 days. Well, with the rushed nature of our need, we opted to have them drop ship it to us. Calling back 5 days after placing the order still talking to Carlos, I was informed that the order wasn't actually placed until that day. When met with my frustration, he asked what I expected him to do. No remorse or concern for HIS mistake considering he failed to place the part order when I initially called. So taking the high road I continue to wait for the part to arrive. He again said it would be there hopefully by Monday (12/19). Come the following Tuesday, when I still had not received the part I had ordered a full 11 days previously, Kyle told me that someone would get the tracking information for the part so I could track it myself and call back "soon". After not hearing back from them, I called them again today. Spoke to Kyle, who was cooperative and gave me the tracking number without fuss. After tracking the shipment, UPS tells me that the package hasn't even been picked up yet to be delivered, AND that the shipping label wasn't made until 12/20, 12 full days after ordering the part. Needless to say, this experience has been AWFUL and I would recommend, given the option, to get your parts ANYWHERE but here.
