I had the pleasure of meeting sales associate Miguel and financial advisor Steve or Steven I believe his name was. Very helpful and so so nice. Helped me find the exact car I was looking for and even stayed over hours just to assist me. 10/10 recommend.

Terrible!!! They’ve had our car for over a week, and do not communicate. We call and nobody picks up, so we leave messages and still nothing. When we get a hold of someone and ask for a manager they say they’ll have them call us and still nothing. Just terrible and wish we had another Nissan dealership here.

I have been a loyal Orr Nissan customer and today I had an appointment for possible refinance on my 2021 Rogue. I walked in and was approached with a new car for lesser monthly payments. I was SO excited! I did not know that I would have that chance. They offered me an 2015 Nissan Murano for lower payments and I respectfully declined. Then, I was told a deal was made and Chris brought out. 2023 Rogue. I test drove and fell in love with the car just to be told after it was worked out it actually wasn’t. When I told them no on the 2015 Murano, they still tried to sell that car to me knowing I wasn’t comfortable and had already said NO. Unfortunately, the customer service was the worst that I have experienced in all my times being to Orr. So horrible that I walked out CRYING. The way that everything was handled was super unprofessional and left me feeling hurt and embarrassed. I will NOT be back to Orr Nissan and I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Bradlee Perry helped us find the perfect car for us!! We kept a couple people there a little late but we got an amazing deal and are so thankful for the help we got! We didn’t feel any rush or pressure when looking even though they had been closed an hour while looking at cars.

I bought my fourth Nissan from Orr Nissan. Miguel was amazing when I walked in with high demands. I wanted a colorful rogue with window shades. They delivered. The buying process was smooth and they even returned my rental car for me!

My luck on buying a decent used vehicle failed again ( 8 months >.>). This nissan rouge 2021 sport have a worst design model. To get to your motor blower resistor, gotta take out gas/brake pedals. This dealership doesn't cover any warranty on their Nissan brand and force u to buy an extended warranty which doesn't cover the fail parts list. The mechanic department you probably heard shady stories from your friends and yes it true.
Vehicle listed for 19k, put 3k down, price jack up to 25k after financed. Staff seller department is a little jiffy, but the quality of warranty to the mechanic is a mofo con artist at its best. All these 5 star rating is just smooth buy and got new car. These 1 star reviews are similar patterns when issue occurs.

Would not recommend, shady sale practices, disrespect, a lot of finger pointing between departments over issues rather than a resolution. Seth is the most disrespectful person I've met and would have never talked to me the way that he did if any of his superiors were in ear shot. Miguel is almost just as bad. Selling cars without proper inspections being done and even though the documents reflect the dates not matching up between the "inspection" and the sale date they still didn't want to correct their issue.

I am a tough sale! I know certain things I wanted in my new vehicle. I have high standards for customer service.
After dealing with a local dealership and their rude financial advisor. I decided to go to back to Nissan. I am so happy I did! The comfort, and assistants I received from Miguel (car salesman) & Justin (sales manager) was top notch.
Miguel listened to my all my wants and needs, and found me a few options. He pulled the car in to the shop to cool off because it was so HOT outside.
I asked for: White, low mileage, sunroof, light interior, remote start, mini SUV, price. He has a Nissan Rogue waiting for me with EVERYTHING I ask for.
Justin listened to the payments I wanted with the warranty and GAP insurance included. Not only did he make that happen… him and the finance team (Steve) made it happen $140 under what I asked my payments to be!
This is my 3rd Nissan! I am a true fan!
I have used their service department with my previous Nissan and had great service there as well.
Thank you Orr Nissan for the top notch service you expect from your team! They definitely executed all my wants & needs in my new car!
When we got home, my husband said when we go to buy our next truck, I will definitely be going back to them!

Scheduled an appointment 4 days ahead for some issues that needed to be addressed, was told there would be a loaner car available since it could take up to 3 hours for repair and we were driving in from 110 miles away.
Upon arrival I was told they were backed up and they might not get to me that day. I informed them I drove 2 hours to get here for my scheduled appointment, he went and talked to a supervisor I assume, and came back and said they were over booked and had too many other customers. I asked if they could get to it tomorrow and I would just take the loaner car home and drive back the next day (time and gas at my expense) He informed me that there were no loaner cars available either!
I started crying because now I'm overwhelmed and in a different city with a car that randomly sometimes won't start or won't turn off and now they won't fix it. Not to mention I took a half day off of work for nothing. He pointed to a side garage door and said I'll have you go out that way. I was so stunned and disappointed that I just slammed my door shut and left.
Maybe I should have put up more of a fight, for a brief second I thought about saying I'm not leaving till it's fixed but my daughter thoughtfully reminded me they would just call the police and have me removed and I definitely don't need a trespassing charge! At the end of the day, we're just at the mercy of the corporation. To be safe, I bought a jump starter at O'Reilly's.

Hands down Miguel is a great guy!! Two years ago my husband and I purchased our first Nissan Ultima and we had the pleasure of working with Miguel. He made sure we got a good deal and was very easy going and professional to work with. Fast forward to two weeks ago when we went back and purchased another Nissan Altima. We waited till Miguel was in the office and were once again treated great. Miguel was a joy to deal with and made sure things were in order for our second purchase. I would definitely recommend working with Miguel.

Update: when you leave a bad review, your part that you have been waiting on for months just magically is in stock and at the dealership ready for installation.
I bought a used vehicle from Chris Palacio. The vehicle had one little thing that needed fixed when I bought it. I was told at that time it would likely be the following week when the part would be in. I am now going on three months, and it has still not been fixed. I’ve had to reach out via text message many times since my purchase. All I get are excuses of replies. If I had to guess the part needed isn’t even ordered. I really can’t imagine the largest Nissan Dealer in the state really has that hard of a time ordering parts….
