Went to get some parts for our mustang. I wanted a seat delete so my dogs could ride in the back more comfortable. They were great gave me options, were friendly and professional will use the parts and service in the future. The prices were reasonable and they were great to work with.

I recently visited ORR nissan because I was trying to find some floor mats as a gift for a friends altima. The parts employee I dealt with was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The mats had to be ordered in, but they went above and beyond to get them as quick as possible. Highly recommended for anyone in need of parts!

I came in because they told me I had a defective air-bag, and they told me it would be fixed in less than a hour. My wife and I sat there for about 1 hour and 45 minutes. Then they finally brought my truck out, so I ask did they check my ties, as I had asked them to check them. So they took it back to check them. Then I was told they were supposed to do a five point inspection in which they had not done. They told me they didn't find anything wrong with my air-bag. The one thing was to wash my truck.
