DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They sold me a bad part that ended up costing me thousands of dollars in car repairs.

Very customer service friendly. The counter associates greet you as soon as you walk in whether there's a customer in front of them or not. After the greeting they give you a few minutes to walk through the store if they're not busy with another customer they will come and assist you ask you do you need help finding something walk you to the counter and check you out. Very knowledgeable of the part you are purchasing. They thank you for coming in and invite you to come back. Very professional

The Manager Tyler took the extra time and helped me out with a battery. I’ll be making sure to come back for all of my automotive needs. I highly recommend this location for their excellent customer service!

When my car decided to overheat on 254 and Rock Rd, this store was amazingly helpful. Had to spend my last dollars on a new coolant reservoir and didn't have enough left to get a new jug of coolant. Tyler (I believe that was his name) was not only the most friendly O'Reilly employee I've met yet, but was able to find me a discount on the reservoir and hooked me up with some more coolant when I would otherwise be stranded. I cannot speak highly enough of this store!

I was getting universal coolant to top up, the employee made sure I got a more specific coolant for my vehicle. He was right, I needed pink. Also they were open at 8am on a Sunday!
