So I went across the street To autozone to get break lights. I asked the guy if he could help me and he came outside and and had no Knowledge, I had to go across to O'reilly's. Carl, help me put my light in super fast and was very polite. Little gestures like that. Shows which company Really cares, as I didn't even get my light from here. I will now shop at O'reilly's. I trust there knowledge more.

I was in tonight and there were a lot of customers in the store. Layton took the time out of his very busy evening to come out to my car and verify what light I needed replaced before purchasing then shortly after purchasing he came out to my vehicle and showed me how to put in a new light if it ever goes out again. Great customer service. Thanks Layton! Will definitely be back to this location if I ever need to buy new parts for my vehicle.

The red headed young man broke my Jaguar key fob a few months ago now. First Pete the manager said he'd take care of it then he reneged. I got a regional manager who promised he'd get to the bottom and he ghosted me. The store tried to blame my son, they claimed he went into the store and borrowed a screwdriver and broke it himself. Amazingly EVERYONE has photographic memory even though only the one employee was working on it. The manager called my son a liar and said he's not replacing it. Corporate said they'd handle. but now I am ghosted there. What a joke guys. You accused us of breaking it in your store where we brought for YOU to change as you advertise. Provide me a video that shows my son jamming a screw driver into it. I know it doesn't exist hence the ghosting. Pretty lame man. I am a 90% disabled vet with enough medical stuff to worry about. Wouldn't think a store i've trusted since I moved to the Midwest 17 years ago would treat military this way. I can tell you, when I bought my own replacement it was 50 bucks. I hope those thousands i've spent that are now going to the competitors was worth it. Believe it, i'm telling the story to anyone that will listen as well. So unprofessional to promise something like this leaving my car unable to function because he literally broke the board.... #bad4military #ripoffreport enjoy the publicity. Taking to the AG and BBB too.

They have what I needed, staff aren't always knowledgeable but they do try to find the answers if they don't already know. I wish I could find more people who were knowledgeable about my Prius.
