If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Bought a VW Beetle and only drove it for 2 weeks when the transmission completely gave out. We had bought the warranty on it, so we didn't freak out at first. Until realizing that the warranty only covered $1000, and it needs a completely new transmission. Clearly it was sold with a shot transmission, and they are providing terrible customer service. Do not go here.

They sold me the worst car and it had an oil leak before I purchased the car. Took it back and the most they was willing to do was pay the less then $40 for the part. Took them almost two complete months to get me my title. Then they wanted me to send back a copy of the title with our signatures on it. Paid $2300 cash for a lemon car that they wouldn't even stand behind. Bet they wouldn't have even tried to sell this car to one of their loved ones.

Everyone who worked there were all extremely rude, not worth the time or money. Said i wouldn't find a better deal anywhere else but i found something in WAY better condition for cheaper than what they were trying to sell on their lot! Do not go here!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would this place is one of the worst places in town to go look at cars they act on nice when you test driving the cars and everything But when they get to in the office is start be rating you and telling you that the car is worth so much more and there were so many underlying issues with the car I could not do it and I told my fiance that she shouldn't do it either.

Do not waste your time or money here! Especially for salesmen who dont value your business! All the cars on this lot were over priced and almost all of them had underlying issues with them! They do not negotiate and if you even mention the price they start ranting! And they also berate you for using kelly blue book!

I was going to buy a car from this dealership but literally decided not to just because of all these terrible reviews! So thank you everyone who was honest with their experience! I feel like the 5 stars are employees of the dealership. I will be spending my money elsewhere!

I guess everyone's experience can truly be different. I have personally purchased 2 vehicles here. The first one was for our oldest daughter and about a year later we purchased another one for the other daughter. Both vehicles have been great, beside the usually things you'd expect from a used vehicle. To each their own, but I would not hesitate to purchase here again.

Bought a BMW with under 100,000 miles, the vehicle was perfect until one small thing revealed $3000 worth of issues. And the best part? Just 2,000 miles over warranty.
Please invest your money elsewhere.

I guess it is true what they say, "Never trust a cars salesman." The cars all look nice, but don't be fooled. My car was overpriced and it did not take long for me to have problems. Two days after I bought the car it would not start. The battery was bad which was ironic because I was told that there was a new battery installed before buying. The salesman said that must have been a mistake and refused to honor what was said. There is horrible clarity in what you are getting into and poor costumer service/ satisfaction guarantee. These salesman are stubborn and unclear as to what you are getting into. Stay away from this place.
