This company is rude and unprofessional! For two days in a row I have waited at my office during the delivery window that they gave me for my supplies to be dropped off. When I contacted them on the first day, they told me that they do not know where their truck is or where my supplies were. Which I thought was very strange all in its own. They told me then, that my product would be delivered between 9am and noon today. When my delivery did not arrive again, I naturally contacted them again, as I have a job to do and have wasted two days already. The guy I spoke with was rude and told me that they do not give time windows, when they clearly have multiple times, and that my items will get there "when they get there". This is a paid service which is being underperformed extensively. I am switching companies and I would advise anyone else to do so as well.

They will give you a time frame of delivery and won't honor it. They lie about calling ahead of time and refuse to fix the situation when called.
