“This is our hometown oil change place! The guys there have always been so nice and seem very honest. I personally can’t use them anymore bc my husband and I now have EV cars but we have 5 kids with cars that can, so we still frequent their shop even though we don’t live blocks away anymore.”

“I recently visited for advice and guidance regarding an issue with my trailer tire. I spoke with Jack Lollar, who was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain the cause of my problem and what steps I needed to take. Not only was Jack very helpful, but he also provided excellent service for both me and my tire. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, and I appreciated the offer of coffee as well. Overall, it was a great experience!

“It was good service. Cory was very nice and personable. However, there was one small problem. Your store was out of my oil filter, and I was told to go down the street to auto zone. Auto zone was also out of the part so they referred me to oreillys and they had it. I had to pay almost 20$ for the filter and I was told by Cory that he discounted the full price of the filter. Well, upon inspecting my receipt, I had a 25$ off coupon for you guys, but he also gave me a 5$ discount for the part… not the full 18$ and some change it showed on the receipt I gave him like I was promised. I did only have to pay an extra 13$ than I should have, plus time spent hunting the part down. But overall, it was a good experience and Cory was very friendly. The inconvience isn’t worth not coming back over. I’ll probably come back here next time I need an oil change.”

“I took my 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander with 126K miles in for an overall inspection. Cost me about $50 & the report was very thorough, with photos of everything they were recommending needed attention. They were knowledgeable and friendly. They explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. They helped me decide to keep my car now that I feel that I have mechanics who are ethical .Very satisfied with the services I received.”
“Towed my daughters car to jiffy lube as it was across the street from her apartment. They replaced the fuel pump and had the car ready the next morning. If I would have taken it to a normal repair shop probably would have been there for a few weeks. Surprisingly, they were not much higher than what I could have had it done at the repair shop that would have taken longer. They also offered an oil change and some other services at the same time at a discounted rate then normal. I really figured I was going to be paying more then I should but surprisingly, they took care of us and were very professional. The only thing I will say is if you know Jiffy Lube, negotiate your price down because you will not get the cheapest price right off the bat. It's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. Wish we didn't have to negotiate every time.”
“Carlos, Ashton and Lilly were incredibly impressive! They checked my lights, topped off my coolant and wiper fluid, not only checked my tire pressure, but educated me on the recommended PSI for my tires, and gave me an oil change. You can tell their managers hold them to a high standard of service! I’ll never go anywhere else!”

Customers can bring their own parts if they want & the mechanics will do the work. Taking my 2nd vehicle in today! Convenient; I shopped while waiting. Encourage everyone to visit the auto shop for repairs. I hope they enjoyed the candy canes I left them. They deserved a Christmas treat it was a cold day. Better than me freezing while repairing my car.”
