The fact that the employees close the business 20 min early. I took it as false Advertisement. I checked online before driving all the way to the store to pick up my product just to find out that they closed early

After visiting North Rock Road location, and finding limited selection. Plus the fact no employees even asked to help me. I drove to the Eastgate location, what a nice shopping experience! Good selection of file cabinets and excellent customer service. Former manager at West store was friendly and quickly found what I wanted to purchase, took me to check out and even loaded it in my car. Woman at check out was also very friendly.

EVERY time I pick something up off the shelf, there is a different ( higher) price at the register. Kellogg store looks like it is getting ready to close. many shelves empty. Kathy

Just took over 20 min to send one package. Kid in the back Cody would not help a new employee even when a long line started to grow. I wont be back.

Every time I go to this store I regret it but today's trip will be my last. I went in to buy a router and tried to pay with a gift card. The guy gave me a bunch of trouble with it and accused me of making fake gift cards. I explained to him that OfficeMax has a partnership with United to sell gift cards to their store for mileage rewards. He wasnt fazed and refused to take it and was very very rude to me throughout the process. I left and went to the Office Depot on Rock where I purchased the same router and paid with the gift card with no problems and nobody accusing me of being a criminal. The clerk was quite pleasant and helpful. Do yourself a favor and never go to this OfficeMax.
