The physical therapy that Nick is directing me to do has been outstanding in alleviating my pain. The pain is now so much less than when I began last week.

For almost 2 months I had the most severe pain of my life in my right thigh. It was getting to be to the point of "God-just-please-let-me-die pain." My nephrologist gave me a steroid shot--didn't help. He ordered x-rays--no break. My family physician gave me a pain pill, but side effects added to the problem. Both doctors insisted I needed physical therapy. Following their orders, I began treatment at Select Physical Therapy with Nick, DPT and Adam, DPT. After 4 weeks the results have been a miracle. My pain at a level 10 has gone down to a 1 or 2. I fully expect in a short time there will be no pain. There were times when my pain was so bad I couldn't get out of bed. Now I'm back to an active, productive lifestyle. Do not hesitate or procrastinate to get to a good PT if you are having a problem. Also, once in treatment, follow their exercise orders religiously. The body has a miraculous way of healing itself. All it took were outstanding physical therapists! Thank you, Nick and Adam.

Right from the first time I entered Select Therapy on Woodlawn, and ever appointment since I have been going, I am always greeted with a welcoming smile and a cheerful how can we help you today by Debbie. She is a very friendly and helpful and just makes your visit relaxing. My therapist Dr. Begnoche is also very friendly (not unreachable) and takes the time to explain the importance of therapy as well as listening to my concerns and feelings. I feel so much better after leaving. He sends emails as well as print outs examples for me to continue to work on between sessions. They also work with my work schedule A++++

The whole staff there is awesome and friendly. I have Nicholas Gerlach as a therapist he had been helpful friendly. He gives good instructions. Both receptionists are friendly and willing to work with you on scheduling.

I would recommend Select PT as well as Nick Gerlach. He identified with my aim to return to running since he participates in Triathlons. He is very knowledgeable and helped me gain strength in my hip. The receptionist Debbie helped with my insurance and scheduling. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

The physiotherapist is so thorough and considerate of stiffness and put me througheffective exercises which move me towards being to do more at age 80 than I expected. All senior citizens should do this so they can move better and compensate for aging effects and arthritis

Nicholas Gerlach is a very good Physical Therapist. He also has a good bed side manner. By his work I healed well, and was back at work in no time. Would highly recommend him.
