Dr. Rypma has taken me through a complete life cycle with one dog & we are mid stage with another. She is amazing with my dogs. They love her. She’s kind, compassionate & knowledgeable. All the staff I’ve interacted with have gone above & beyond with care.

Update 2024: We came back to this vet recently and have had two visits. We had no time in the oiter waiting room. Both Dr Stricker & Dr Marshall were great. They took their time to listen, consider, & explain our dog's health & options. They prescribed new meds & tweaked the dosage, and our 16yo dog went from lethargic & coughing all day to being much more energetic and barely coughing at all. I can't thank them enough!
Update 2020: Later visits were not as great. I often spent 20 minutes in the waiting room, with no communications as to how long it would be. Our first vet there retired. Subsequent staff were fine, but not exceptional. Have since moved to another vet.
Original review: We spent no time in the waiting room/lobby. We were moved right into an exam room. (At our old vet in Bel Aire, we always spent 20-30 minutes in the waiting area, with no explanation about timing.) Dr. S. was patient and thorough; he carefully explained everything and made sure I didn't have any other questions. Highly recommended.

All of the staff here were very friendly. Wait time was reasonable before seeing the doctor. Dr Stricker and the technician were so good with my kittens. Answered all my questions. I will not hesitate to continue to take my kittens here.
