Called corporate to get parts as the parts book stated. They couldn't help, said call Wichita store, they don't have parts call Jacks something or other. I threw the tool away, to miserable to get help. Won't go back.

Wasn't able to have the item I order online shipped to the Wichita Ks store to be pickup to save shipping cost. I had to pay a shipping cost in order to deliver to my address. Tractor Supply doesn't make you do this. EJP

Website for ordering is not user-friendly. If you have an E-Gift card, and you have any initial errors in filling out your purchase info, it will NOT accept the gift card and voids it from being used. Very frustrating! If I try to get help, none! All E-Gift cards are time sensitive, use it or lose it! Made me mad when I went to use $200 gift card and it had expired a month earlier. When I complained and sent an email, noone replied. Noone acknowledged my issue.

Came in the morning needed supplies for moving. The lady at the counter was nice in assisting which aisle to go to and to price match. A man met me at the aisle to help me find the product, helped bring it to the front, and even offered to bring it to my car. It was raining and he still walked it out for me. Been such a long time since I had exceptional customer service. Thank you!
