This Kevin who wrote that review below mine is wild. I have never ever had a bad experience here. Not at the previous location on Rock or at their new one on Woodlawn. The lady and the guy who work there are great. I’m sure I’m annoying by going pretty much every day for my Kratom. They are both great. That dude doesn’t know what he’s talking about .

This place is a joke! The website advertised kratom at one price and it was more in store which makes absolutely no sense! I walked 2 miles with enough money based on the prices advertised. I was short by 60 cents based on the higher in store price. I walked out empty handed having wasted my time! There's way better options. Why in the world would you not honor the prices advertised? I've never heard of anything like that! Go to up n smoke y'all, way better!

First time I visit, and the store isn't open on time, I read a review in another of their locations, and it said the same thing, that they open late, I call their phone number and nobody ever answers...

Require a new 5 star review to use their rewards program 100 dollar discount, so the reviews arent accurate anymore. Their kratom has gone down hill over the past year. With the rudeness of the cashier today, I won't be back.Too many places sell nowdays. Dilions doesn't require I participate is something shady and gives me way more than a 100 bucks in gas.

Came in a few minutes before they closed and the lady got excessively upset that I didn't get there sooner. Still left before they closed so dunno why she was so annoyed.

They sell fake products (fake elf bar) and the products are up charged. $30.10 for one bar? They also don't ID and are known for selling to minors.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Went in to buy a couple vapes before closing, tried to apologize upwards of 10 times about coming in late and tried to be as nice and fast as possible. All we got in return was this lady being SO RUDE. Tried to test vapes before leaving the store as required by this specific store and the lady working, with some random man and a dog hanging out in the store as well??, and she pretty much kicked us out. Said “come on guys let’s go I’m locking the door.” There was still over 5 minutes until closing and we tried to be as nice and quick as possible. Used to be one of our favorite places to get vapes as its close to our house but after this super negative experience we won’t be going back. Everything is so disorganized it’s so hard to tell what is what now. The lady seemed annoyed we had to ask about certain vape flavors, but simply making the labels visible would fix all that. 0/10 recommend if you want a pleasant and nice experience.

Horrible business!!!! They sell Pyrex glass not quarts! Bad customer service! My nectar collector piece melting after having the torch on it for 10 seconds!!! Do not buy from them!
