This place is a complete joke and a rip off!!! Stay clear of this place! Don't waste your money!! This place doesn't even deserve the one star i had to give to leave the review. I scheduled my son's 13th birthday here. The place is run down and needs some upkeep done. There were so many safety concerns in this place. I honestly don't know how they could pass any kind of inspection to operate a business out of this space. The AC is not working and it's the end of July. I was not told at the time of booking that the AC was out. It was so hot that everyone we invited just wanted to get the party over as soon as possible and get out of there. We were told by the employees that the AC has been broke for at least 3 years. This is ridiculous and a poor way to conduct business. The owner makes sure that all phone calls go through her and only her and she is not honest about the condition of her business. The employees were extremely nice and apologized multiple times for the conditions. Which they shouldn't have to apologize for the owner being so dishonest. She should be there to face all the people and children she screws over by taking their money and providing such a disappointing experience. I would have honestly went somewhere else at the last minute had I only paid the $50 deposit. The owner had debited my account twice when I made my reservation. So at that point I had already paid $100. We made the best of the situation, but never again!!

My nephew had his birthday party here today it was SOOO HOT no A/C my 8 month old baby got over heated really fast and we had to go outside to just get some fresh air for her. It was 83 degrees outside today and cooler outside than in this place. No parking spots close to the building due to a flea market going on in the parking lot. It was dirty inside, trashy, and ghetto. I do NOT recommend this place for a party at all.

We had my son’s 7th birthday here today and just overall disappointed. The A/C was not working, they did not call us to tell us this and would not take anything off for this. We ended our party 30 minutes, it was 85 degrees inside. Even hotter outside but felt better out there. The area floor needs some serious attention, multiple tiles coming up and huge trip hazards. The arcade was bad as well, multiple games did not work, some no signs on and no refunds if the games didn’t work. Overall not an enjoyable time for the kids or adults.

Ok so the parking isn't the best with whatever is next door taking up most of the spots but we had 14+ people and we all found spots. The bathroom has a sink held up by a plank of wood and the place doesn't look the cleanest, but the kids love the place and that's all that matters. We had my children's party there at 5pm on February 10th. The last parties were running late but they gave us extra time to play since about 20 minutes were taken waiting for the room to be free. The kids had a blast and the two guys working were the best. I wish they had a better facility because this place is underrated. Thank you to the woman that emailed me about the party and helped me make reservations and thank you to the two guys working that night,

Nephews bday was here. No heater. It's freezing in here and smells like weed. Normally I wouldn't care about that but this is a kids establishment.

My kids had a blast but I wish they would have told me they didn't have any heat when I called to book the party! Employees said the heat has been out for 2 years!? had a 7 month old that had to stay in her coat the whole time it was so cold. Definitely overcharged for the condition of their facility.

Great concept/job... The little people love it & the grown people did too.. staff was awesome and didn't take themselves serious all in myself and the family had fun. Also I had a place to hide and watch the game.

Absolute joke of a place. We had my little brother’s 10th birthday party planned here. Invites had gone out, and he was so excited. We called to confirm the night before and ask when we should arrive. Good thing we did, because they said they had no record of the party. My dad had called and talked to them, multiple times, about the party. They refused to make it work and we were left scrambling to find another location for my poor brother to celebrate his birthday. Awful awful awful.
