We went there due to my daughter's new dairy allergy. I was so lost. The ladies not only helped find my daughter's favorite foods as alternatives, but made sure I understood exactly what she needed. She got home from school and stated "they taste exactly like the real thing". Will absolutely be back to this location.

I have enjoyed shopping here the few times I’ve been in. Their produce section always looks clean and well organized. And has such a variety of fruits. I bought a container of strawberries last week and they were biggest juiciest and sweetest I’ve ever had. The cashier was wonderful and made sure I didn’t have trouble finding what I was looking for.

Can't give 0 stars, so I guess I have to give 1 star to even leave a post. I've been a customer for several years at the 13th and Maize location in Wichita. Normally get great and friendly service. My visit last night was not so much. I arrived at a minute before close or right at close. Doors were already locked. Several customers inside were finishing their shopping and checking out. The Vitamins manager Ashleigh would not even acknowledge my presence at the door. When she unlocked the doord to let one of the customers out, I told her I only needed one item and I knew right where it was. Her response was, "It's illegal for me to let you in." I get it. Probably could have chose a better way to say it. However, what she said next I felt was completely unwarranted. She continued by saying "If you come in I'll have to call the police."......??? As if she thought I would force my way past her to get one item and then what? Force her to ring it up? I get that I should have made sure I was there before the awkward closing time of 8:36. Regardless, treating anyone that way is definitely not representative of what I've come to expect from Natural Grocers. Hopefully, I won't have to deal with her again. I went Green Acres, which is close by. They had what I needed and welcomed me.

The store clerks are very helpful and there are a lot of sales on items that I need. The monthly flyer is very informative and has different healthy recipes listed. A person can earn points on your purchases by joining their loyalty program.
