Thanks RobbyUpdate March 4th 2019? once again Robby and Camela have helped me design and transform another home from a piece of coal to a beautiful diamond. They do what the big box storescant, give real advice and color coordinate beautified masterpieces. Thank you both very much. The best, most knowledgeable and helpful place around. I've bought and refurbished 31 houses in the past 4.5 years, Robby and his wife are always happy to help me design what I need in my houses. They are always there when I need them. I could go to the big box stores but they have no idea how to decorate interiors of houses. I appreciate the personal one on one assistance in choosing what will look best in my houses and at the same time stay in my budget. Their help and advice on design is what makes my houses rent and sell fast. They always stand behind the products they sell and the installers they use. Great family owned business. It doesn't matter whether you have a million dollar home or a multi million dollar business, they can take care of your design needs. Check them out, see for yourself. For my rental properties, I have come to use National Flooring exclusively. I have found their stock carpet quality to be better and less expensive then the competition.I even had them install a stock carpet when our home was built 12 years ago and it still looks like new. Even the high traffic areas show little signs of wear.

Great selection nice people in the store...but they put the floor in over a rotted whole in the bathroom so they had to come back ...they left stuff under the flooring so theres a spot that sticks up on the wood panel and flooring feels in even throughout ....they didnt caulk the bathroom they had to come back ...the caulking they used only worked for a few months by the tub and the color didnt match but in the other bathroom color matched and has worked for over almost 2 years....

Learned from two companies recently that our carpet had been installed incorrectly, backwards in two places to be exact. It wasn’t sealed properly and the seams were done incorrectly. Unfortunately, we just bought this home not long ago and the original home owners didn’t realize this either. I wouldn’t have known what was wrong either unless someone who does carpet installation told me! I contacted this company after talking with the previous homeowners and he claimed that there was no way to tell if it had been installation error since the previous owners could have done something to the carpet. The owners, whom we have kept contact with, denied any issues with the carpet previously where they changed any carpet while there. Although, I understand it is outside the warranty BUT they should have at least cane and looked at the carpet!!!!!!! I will make sure to tell everyone to never use this company! Our home is only 4 years old. Carpet shouldn’t be installed backwards! I don’t know how it got missed but I wouldn’t trust this company to “take care of there customers” or “stand by their work”

We ended up being happy with our flooring, but it was difficult getting exactly what we wanted. Prices were never disclosed. We were just told what the whole job would cost. We would not choose to work with National Flooring again.

I was putting my house on the market and decided to replace the old carpet and pad. National Flooring had exactly what I was looking for at an exceptional price and did the job under a tight schedule. Also, I custom ordered an Italian floor tile for the kitchen and it looked so nice that I almost decided not to sell the house. it was a huge selling point for the home and sold in less than 3 hours on the market. The installer was excellent. Thank you National Flooring, I will be using you again!

I have been working with National since 2002. Started out just buying carpet for the 20 or so rentals I managed. Back then I work with Gene and then I meant his daughter, Kamela who expanded the business greatly. Now her and her husband, Robby own the business and do a great job. She is a joy to work. Her ideas are very refreshing when remodeling a house or building a new one.

Purchased flooring for our new home here. Also had National Flooring install the carpet. Later we had problems with the carpet and pad. We came to find out that they installed inferior lighter weight padding of that which we paid for which was verified by other carpet installers. Also had problems with the carpet delaminating a few months afterwards and this company has been of little help. National Flooring refuses to correct the problem stating the current owner acquired the company from her father and isn't aware of the problem we have been speaking to them about for the past several months. Would not recommend.
