Jordan at Myers East is the BEST. He was quick in responding back and answering my "thousand" questions. He is professional on the phone, articulate, and explained the issue with my car so it was easy for me to understand. If needing a automotive shop choose Myers and ask for Jordan for the best customer service.

Very pricey. Below average customer service. My car was having trouble with overheating often. When I went to leave it wouldn't start. They did a small twerk to it, jumped it before it started. Overall highly wouldn't recommend going to Myers.

I got stranded at Dillon’s and again at home. Myers Automotive let us bring it In immediately and they worked on it and checked things over. When it was done I had issues again so they go it In immediately again. They are friendly and very accommodating. My husband has taken his truck in for oil change and again for new tires. We are totally happy with them and their prices are competitive.Services: Auto battery replacement

I had an emergency with my car threatening to die on me. They saw me right away and were very friendly. People say I overpaid but I didn't have time to look for another mechanic. I feel their service & professionalism was worth the extra charges I may have paid. A+ all the way!

My daughter needed new brakes on the rear of her 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt. On August 4, 2023, I called the east location and talked to Chris. I asked how much it would cost, worst case, for the repair. Chris told me worst case would be $500. I thought that was high but needed the repair done quickly so I agreed to the price and took the car in on Monday, August 7, 2023 for the repair. They did a thorough inspection in an effort to upsell me. I told them just repair the rear brakes. They charged me 779.45 for the repair. That is a 55.9% increase over the "worst case". When I picked up the car, I told them that this was the second time I had done business with them FIRST AND LAST!!I advise you to steer clear of Myer Automotive.Kevin G.

This review is regarding the east Wichita location. In short, I would highly recommend you AVOID using Myer's Automotive at all costs!I dropped off my vehicle on 1/11 at their shop with transmission issues. I had found this shop through my warranty company, who waived my deductible if I used their service. Prior to taking my vehicle there, I had already ran the check engine codes and throughly researched what may possibly be the problem. A short Google search led me to believe the transmission speed sensor had failed. I had discussed with the gentlemen checking my car in what the symptoms my car had and what I had strongly believed to be the problem. The evening after I dropped it off, I had called to see if they had a diagnosis. He explained they found the same codes I did and wanted to "flash the computer," but he needed to call the warranty company to get it approved. Again, I had strongly suggested having the sensor changed, but he insisted on flashing the computer first. I then called at 3pm the next day, and he had yet to call the warranty company. Skip ahead numerous phone calls over 6 days trying to get them to call the warranty company and get the cars computer flashed, on 1/18, he stated my vehicle was ready for pick up. Although hesitant, I was happy they supposedly fixed my vehicle after such a headache trying to get them to perform what was a 30 minute computer flash. On the itemized receipt I was given, it stated "recommend replacing input shaft sensor." However, they chose not to. I noticed immediately the vehicle wasn't shifting as smoothly as it once had, but the check engine light was not on. On 1/22, just 4 days after picking up my vehicle, the same exact transmission issues reoccurred. My car was towed to the Honda dealership, who diagnosed it with a failed transmission speed sensor, ordered the part, and had my car fixed in 2 days. Honda said they didn't think there was any indication for a computer flash and the fix was straight forward - The same fix I had suggested to Myer's and continuously asked them to fix when I dropped off my car at their shop 2 weeks prior.I have responded to a text message regarding my service, however, I have yet to receive a response from Myers.Unless you want your car to be stuck at their shop for an inexcusable amount of time, endure an ongoing headache of trying to get them to follow through with their job, and quite possibly misdiagnose your vehicle with what should be a straight forward solution, I suggest you stay far away!Service: Auto maintenance
