my apartment complex got my car towed out of a lot the was not there lot and these guys looked into it finding out wasn't there lot and returned my car free of charge for the apartment complex mess up good guys

Millers towing is absolutely great. My wife’s car was stolen and then wrecked last night. Miller’s was there in 10 minutes to recover it and the driver hooked up power for us so we could get our belongings out of the hatch. We had to go to their lot to get the rest of our belongings and the lady in the office was awesome and walked us to our car to get everything out. I wouldn’t do business anywhere else. Thanks Miller’s Towing!!

Bought a wrecked vehicle for parts for a project at there auction the woman at the desk was very helpful an explained everything an than had it towed to my house, driver was excellent an put it we’re ever I wanted it. they did it fast , friendly this was the easiest vehicle I have ever bought. Will definitely use them again

Horrible communication. I was involved in accident and my car was towed by this company not by choice. I called to see if I was able to get my keys or any information about my car.. was told to “call tomorrow” which had defaulted my 48 hour window to get anything. Not me knowing that at the time. the woman I spoke to never mentioned any of that. So with it being the 3rd day past the 48 hour window they refused to give me anything without me paying $500. There website no where states the office hours or the 48 hour policy. I hope no one else experiences this.

These guys are very professional and amazing to work with. Austin was awesome to work with he towed both of my vehicles and was able to get them in my garage with no issues at all. I will never use anyone else for a tow and will recommend these guys to everyone I know even if it's just for a simple jump start call or if you're locked out of your car. The 5 stars isn't enough to be honest but I can't give them any higher of a ratingServices: Special vehicle towing

Just want to give a shout out to Miller's Towing and there driver Austin. They were absolutely amazing at helping me when my radiator gave out at a busy intersection downtown. He got there fast and had my car loaded and out of the way in no time. Highly recommend this company.Service: Car towing

I feel like I Won't do business here. Horrible company nasty snide replays absolute horrific place. Other review people items missing from cars after jobs. Over inflated prices double dipped nameing same thing different things and charging more for it. Over charge. Be wise shop elsewhere and look how owner responds read over review this place is a joke. Value your money shop else where. Ps freedom of speach I am free to review you too see, when youdo bisness you do bisness with more than individual. Sorry your family does not value you. His does.

I would like to apologize to Miller’s towing for my previous review because it had nothing to do with the receptionist named Danielle. She was the second girl I spoke to, and she was as sweet and as helpful as anybody I’ve ever spoken to. She mentioned to me that the person I spoke to earlier was probably a call-center person who was in fact, rude to me, and whose name I do not know so to Miller’s tow service a humble apology for my previous review, which I have removed. This one can go on your books as great service and thank you all.

I had excellent service with Millers. When I called up, the lady was very nice and professional and the tow guy got there pretty quick! I actually had a ride coming for me but he said I could ride with him which was awesome! I'm regretting getting his name so he can get some recognition but he was awesome! Very laid back and personable. I enjoyed riding with him in his big ol' truck. Loved it! Also, he was very nice to my car putting it up on his bed and driving it off when we got to our destination. Cool dude! I enjoyed him very much! Thank you Millers!!!!!

Our vehicle broke down in Wichita and they had it towed back to Halstead in less than an hour from time of call. Amazing job. Not only that they were so professional about everything. From billing to car care while loading vehicle. Highly recommend. Thank you Miller Towing. Top notch!!!
