As a first time car buyer, I would be lying if I said it wasn’t nerve wracking going into the dealership. I had an appointment with Alex and I’m sure he picked up on that. Very quickly he alleviated any of my fears or concerns. He was very friendly, extremely patient and exceptionally knowledgeable. I never felt rushed or forced into anything, which was one of my biggest concerns. He was able to negotiate a really nice car for a great price that fit my budget. He also called a few days after the sale just to check in with me. If you’re reading this review and looking to buy a car at this dealership, do yourself a favor and go see Alex. I had my Jetta GLI serviced earlier today, and as usual, I was satisfied with the quick, thorough process. Emily was very helpful, and recommended the induction cleaning service for my car because of the age and mileage. The car runs smoother, and I'm sure the service will extend the life of my Jetta. I believe in using the Volkswagen Dealer Service at Eddy's. They know my Volkswagen and I've always been extremely satisfied with the results. I'm an Eddy's fan! Thanks, Steve S

My car got totaled and I wasn’t expecting to have to buy a new car. So, I walked in already irritated. Andrew was super chill, handled my irritability (lol) with complete professionalism & made my experience nothing but pleasant. Everyone was friendly & helpful, but Andrew took really good care of me! I recommend him 100% and will call him next time for sure! Thanks! (I love my new to me car!)

I'm sad to have to change my review with this company. Because the whole buying experience was amazing from start to finish. But 6 days after I bought the Mustang I had a check engine light come on. I went to a Ford store and it popped a Catalytic Converter code. A little upset I called Eddys and got my salesmen and she said I talk to the Sales Manager and we're going to take care of this for you, don't worry at all. We're going to send a car to you and swap you out and get your issue taken care. This was Tuesday, they said they will send a ride Thursday. Thursday evening a guy with a flat bed shows up to pick my car up. Completely not what I was told. Super upset I let him take my car. Which left me stranded. Luckily I had a car at my RV store that I voukd drive for a couple days. Only issue is it was 100 plus degrees everyday and I didn't have ac ??. 3 business days later I reach out for a update cause I had no communication from anybody at all. The worst service advisor ever reachs out and says it's about to go into the shop. I'll call you tonight with what he finds. 2 more days later I reach out again for a update again. No call or text back of course ?. And she says it needs a Catalytic Converter and the sales managers told me to send it to the Muffler Shop. I said no crap, I told you guys that 7 days ago. Fast forward 2 days later again no communication of course. Definitely getting old for sure. And they said your car is done and fixed we're sending it back to you. Got my car back, 3 days later pops the same code again ?. I reach out super upset, salesmen again says we're going to take care of this. I have since talk to 3 different managers at the company that said they would call me back and not one has kept there word. Besides Chloe my salesmen. This has been the worst buying experience of my life and I will be reaching out to the better business beaureau. Cause after talking to the recent manager, he let me know my car doesn't even have a Catalytic converter on it at all. So they sold me a car without cats. Didn't tell me. And couldn't even have the muffler shop put one on once it they had it in there possession once it backfired on them with the check engine light popping. As I type this is makes me even more sad that they could actually put a customer through something like this. I hope you read all of this and shop elsewhere.

I so badly wanted to give this place 5 stars… we are returning customers buying our second brand new car from this dealership and I ended up leaving in tears with how we were treated. We set up an appointment with the salesman Issac over a week ago - we were coming to Check out a 2024 Atlas with captain chairs and black rims. When we arrived at the dealership today - a 2024 atlas with black rims and bench seats was staged for us. When we asked about the captain chairs - they went to get the correct model for us. Because it didn’t have the black rims for us - Issac without hesitation promised that he would get the rims powder coated black for us curtesy of them since we just drove over TWO hours to get to the dealership. We were so excited. We were then handed off to another salesman - named Jonas - who we worked with for over SEVEN hours - to get the prices and details figured out. When it was time to give initials and sign off on paperwork, I asked about the rims being powder coated like promised - they immediately went back on their promise. They stated that because of all the rebates we got (that were listed plain in site on the website) and what they were giving us for trade in value - they couldn’t do that for us anymore? So they told us what we wanted to hear in the beginning and when it was time to sign paperwork they went back on their promise because they knew they were getting a sale? So so unprofessional and untrustworthy!!

AWFUL experience. Held the keys to our car and wouldn’t give back. Had us there for 8 hours. Do yourself a favor and stay away. The most insane experience I’ve ever had. Legit almost called the police.

Went in looking for a bigger vehicle for the family and had the opportunity to work with Chloie. She was wonderful as we took time to make a decision and she got the car to us, even with us living further out. Just wonderful overall!

The new GM is amazing and has done some great things for my wife and I. I would definitely work with him and the dealership again. Walked away with two cars and am very happy with all the patience we received through this process.
