Chuck, our service representative was the best! Please thank your top notch service department!
Hey, I submitted a direction change with Google maps. Hopefully people who have never been there before won't head down West Kellogg drive like I did. If driving from the North, East or West, head South on S Tyler and turn left into the dealership.

Never give these guys your phone number. They will not stop calling - I currently have over 11 voicemails from them from the past month.

My KIA was stolen 02/2024. It was recovered 10 days later. I had it towed to MID-WEST KIA in Wichita ks. I got it back on 07/2024. My service advisor Chris Haefelein was on point. He worked with my insurance company every step of the way. I was granted a loaner car. They went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you
Mid-West KIA. I'll give you,

Pretty good place to buy a Kia. The sales guys are friendly and know their stuff. Do your research though when it comes to finances and question any added charges, just like you would at any other dealer.

Follow Up is a year and a half later, still no windshield still no oil change, removing the one star. DONT DO BUISINESS WITH THEM YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!
If I could make minus 10 stars ..Traded in my Ford C-Max ( Blue Book 13,500 Offered by Car max)
Kia Gave me 7000.00 They Then took 1500 More as a down payment. ) They hosed me and took advantage because they knew I was in the market for a car. I asked and recorded ..Is tax tag and title included...Why Yes it is the sales rep said.. He went on to tell me about his ex military service... I was impressed and trusted his word and a handshake! The car had a broken windshield ( They told me by law I was going to get a new windshield, It has never happened. 3rd party vendor Ya call Safelight, they will do it the next day.. I call BS on there 3rd party vendor story) Free Oil Changes... Never happened, 50,000 miles on the car when bought check engine light comes on...Oh its all under warranty. plus I bought the extended warranty .... BS. they are the epitome of used car sales .. Everything one loathas about one..so dammed disappointed!..I even Now I'm on a list for Sept 9th. I asked for a loaner till they got this fixed. NOPE!.. Your dirt once the ink is dry. Never again.. I will be contacting the parent company Rusty Eck... I also plan on flying a banner around there dealership " Midwest Kia lies! # BrokenPromises Go elsewhere!!

The service team is amazing; they listen to your concerns and offer as much help as possible. However, the customer service team is merely okay and often pretends to listen. Unfortunately, the general manager refuses to meet with rightfully upset customers who have been sold a lemon. This is why I have changed my review to 1 star. Please refer to the attached image for more details.
Adding to this: I took the car down to phoenix, Arizona for a week after the service department found a leaking oil pressure switch and replaced it had no oil issues the whole time, it was fantastic!
At this time I have owned the 2016 KIA optima which passed the multipoint inspection before they sold it for 4 months and have put 8000 miles on it. On the return trip to Kansas, I was going up a 6% grade doing below the speed limit as to not push the car when the check engine light started flashing and the car lost all power. I had to have my brother drive a 2007 Chevy Silverado with 214000 miles on it to phoenix Arizona and rent a tow dolly to get the vehicle home as it was not driving. Upon getting, it towed to both camelback KIA in phoenix and now back in Kansas to Midwest KIA, I have been told this is a known issue that they CAN test for before selling a vehicle meaning this vehicle must not have been tested for this known failure point. I'm very upset that I spent money on a car that for the full 4 months has caused me more issues than any car I have ever owned, I'm looking for a full refund of the purchase price of vehicle. It should also be noted that both the passenger side front window broke and fell as well as the driver rear window.
I contacted Midwest Kia at 10am on Monday was informed they would get me an update soon it is now 12:38 pm and I have no update this is a very unprofessional company
Update it is now 9:00pm 8/12/24 I asked for an update on my vehicle at 10am 8/12/24 have not received an update as of yet.
I was informed that it will take 2 to 3 weeks to put a new engine provided by KIA who admit that this was a fault of their own engine design.

Midwest Kia is a great auto dealer. They quite literally bent over backwards for us.
Martin was hands down awesome, we will be recommending Midwest Kia to anyone we know who is in the market for a car.
Thank you Martin and Midwest Kia!
