Employees are certified scammers, and barely able to assist with anything service related unless you're paying for stuff.

Went in to upgrade my phone and the lady had absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. Instead of telling me what was going on, making eye contact and just be friendly…she chose to ignore my questions and kept going in the back to tell her daughter to sit down. The attitude at this store is ridiculous, rude, don’t seem they want to help the gentleman that was helping me slammed the new Tablet because the update was going to take forever, customer service where? I hope management definitely steps up.
