Bought a new phone , case and screen protector. Tried returning the defective phone 3 days later... have had nothing but the run around. No communication . Went as far as to email the person that responds to poor emails before leaving this review]]]]] no reply .

Dayna was amazing helping with my phone after being giving the run around at another I went from a very upset customer to a very happy one. Definitely worth the drive (I live very close to another store)

Been there the last three days. Bought a brand new phone and they can’t get it activated. Day 4 and I have to wait till Monday when money man is back to see if I can even get a refund or they can fix it. Was there last night for 2 hours waiting and they said fixed it wasn’t activated still. Poor service,

Customer service does not help. Store manager unavailable. This review will get a response claiming to offer help but it's an illusion I reached out before leaving a review. Store associate took advantage of an elderly woman when caregiver stepped out. Convinced her to switch phones to one she could not operate. Received payment then instructed to go to another store to get the phone. Daniel needs to be fired for elderly abuse refused to exchange for the phone he was supposed to activate. The phone to be activated was a Samsung he upsold to a nord icons someone with dementia can not operate.

Couldn't get my account back. After telling us we had to come to store. Still after hour drive and over hour in store still can't get into my metro account and can't get call logs or change plans or pay. Sad

Myaa is the best rep here at this location. I visited another location before going to her and they couldn't solve my problem, went to her and she fixed it within 5 minutes. Will only do business with this store!

The MetroPCS on Lincoln and Woodlawn I was there today January 18th at 10:00 a.m. the woman that work there at that time that day she was very rude to me she was talking to me with an undertone of being houghty. I asked her politely if she was having a bad day she was still very rude with me I then told her I did not have to have services there so she snapped my phone shut shoved it back to me and locked the door behind me I will never go into that store again and she should never be able to work with people she does not have the personality and she's very rude
