I just had the best experience with Letty at this location. She was so kind and helpful in helping me upgrade a new phone for my son. Letty was knowledgeable on the products. After I left the store, we found out that my husband phone got shut off because it has a similar phone number as my son which is my fault because I didn't specify which phone number to her. . I had to call her and tell her what happened when I got home. She got it resolved in a matter of minutes. Everyone is happy with their phones now. I had a bad experience at the 47th & Broadway location. The sales girl there is rude and not helpful which led to her losing two sales from me in less than 6 months to go to other locations. I'm glad that I went to the Pawnee and Seneca location because that's where I got the best service. I will continue to take my business there! Thank you so much Letty!!

I walked in and said I needed a new phone. There were three employees in the office,but only one asked how she could help me. Letty was awesome helping me and not only got me a new phone, hooked me up with the internet service! She is an amazing employee and should definitely get a raise!

This is for the Seneca and Pawnee store when I started service in November of 2022 the manager set me up with a phone that she said was the newest model Samsung had and it was so new they didn't even have a display for it yet I found out the phone is not 5g capable and this model came out in 2021 tried to resolve the issue with no luck and have never received a call from the district manager as I was told she would call I'll never recommend this company to anyone

I've been a Metro customer for many years. I used to go to a store clear on the other side of town because the service was always great but I thunk I have found a new store. The two young ladies that assisted us went above and beyond in dealing with my friend that was getting a new phone. I will be using this store as the service was great and its literally down the road from home. Thanks!

O needed help applying for the reduced pay and couldn't do it well due to bein almost blind. The manager came in by chance and even off the clock,spent almost 2 hoirs setting everything up to get me service. She even gave me the promotional deal so that I save even more money every month. She is a greater blessing then she'll know.
