If there is a zero I would rate it a ZERO. The employer wasn’t helping at all. I activated my SIM card online and it’s not working. She just told that I can’t help because I not the one who activate the SIM card you did it yourself.!!!!!!!!

Every time I’ve been to this location there’s only one person working and a room full of customers. Only one chair for those who are waiting. And it takes 30-45 minutes to complete each person transaction. They’re nice & friendly, just be prepared to wait

The employees are great, but they don't like to answer their phone. We were in about a week ago and saw them on their phone as the shops phone rang and rang and rang. It's kind of annoying when you want to get ahold of them but never can.

Friendly staff that is both knowledge and helpful. Great selection of products and plans guaranteed to never go up. Over two years have they taken care of my Mobil service and I feel they have earned my loyalty! Great company.

No idea what they were doing, waited forever, finally they said they weren't able to perform the service. I left, went to another metro and they did what I asked in a few minutes no problem.
