Do not go here! The employees are shady and ripped me off.I got a free phone for switching service So all I should have been charged for was the insurance and my first month's service. I paid with my debit card but didn't realize till later l wasn't given a receipt. The Metro app showed I paid $76.99. I checked my bank account and the "sales reps" charged me $158! No wonder they didn't give me a receipt. I disputed the transaction with my bank and got the money back that they stole from me.

I crack my screen the night before hey shoes it needed assist quickly and fairly cheap and Brianna and her male manager at the time which I never caught his name help me tremendously. I was in between lunch breaks and they haven't even outdoor within 30 minutes even with complications Brianna was very helpful and patient as I was on the more stressed side :) 10/10 would recommend to friends and family !

First time going to this location and I'm glad I did. The young lady that helped me was friendly and got set-up and out the door extremely fast. I've been going to the other MetroPCS stores wanting a new phone, case and screen protector and none of them had it all. I also ended up getting a MUCH better deal then the other store could offer me. Don't waste your time with other locations.
