Andy was so courteous and helpful. He explained me different options with prices. He also called me back on Monday to speak with another manager in connection with my iwatch therefore he is honest and did not push just to take the business. Yes I will go. Good work Andy, keep it up.

Listen. Y'all need to give that gentleman Andy a raise. I don't have this service but my dad and sisters do. Every single time we've gone in there this guy is SO HELPFUL. Great sense of humor, knowledgeable on all the plans, services and different brands of phones. He's so hands on. I've called the store specifically to make sure he was in there to help us because he's that good. Seriously he needs his own store as a manager. Give this guy a raise! Love him. Best store employee in my honest opinion!

Amazing, quality service provided at a fraction of the time!! I was fortunate enough to have the help of Chris during my visit and he hooked me up with deals and his personal experience to upgrade my device. Seriously, this guy made my entire day!! He was so kind, helpful, patient, and walked me through all of the details of each device to give me a great range of options. Have had nothing but extraordinary service at this location thanks to Andy and Chris!!! Thank you Metro team!!

Daniel was the sakes associate and he did an amazing job ?????First he was there ALL by himself ??? on a Saturday afternoon (330pm ish)... And there was 3 of us in line when I arrived and he was quick, precise, professional, and still managed to up sale everyone in line????So Daniel thanks for the fantastic service and your boss should be aware your an asset to that store and company ???

Let me just say that Thomas is WONDERFUL! I went in to pay my bill and I was telling him about a situation that I had at another store from another franchise. He went above and beyond and took care of it for me. Such great customer service and all out good guy! THANK YOU!!!
