The ladies were very helpful and very nice. I will definitely shop in that store again. I've been in other store that weren't helpful at all and rude but they were pleasant to do business with.

Okay, so the lady was nice and helped me out. Im not complaining about that. But what I am mad about is that she tried to add a tablet I didn't want to my plan without telling me. I had to ask her to take it off. Cool, she did. Problem solved.But the other issue is that she also added a protection plan to my bill without me asking, and I didn't catch that one.Tell me why y'all trying to add stuff without asking me? This all feels underhanded and it has left a bad taste in my mouth. Customer service helped me take the fee off my bill, but I still had to pay it in store.I would have probably been okay with it, had she just freaking asked. This is ridiculous.

Well there alot i can say but I'm going to keep it cute ,they can only do what they are dealt from the company ,but the service was ok and respectful, it was clean and they help the homeless alot around that area so my prayers are with you guys!

Have had issues since I got the phone. Service doesn't work and you can't seem to do anything on their websites you have to always go into a store and it doesn't work for people who don't live in a town with a store.

The gentleman was very helpful. I will be going back there for any of my needs with my phone or to even upgrade. He helped me switch one of my accounts to my main account and was very pleasant about it, he even explained how everything was going to work from now on with our bill.
