Transfer case they rebuild failed so its in service. I needed a truck to keep working. They can't get me a truck so I forfeited a week of pay. Some people depend on their truck. I have to barrow a truck so I can work. That's not taking care of your customers. That's bending them over

Service Department was a tad pathetic this time around. Brought my car in for a recall and it was clean. Picked it up and it was filthy with grass all over the front floorboards. Better luck next time guys.

This is a review for Hambelton Ford's service department desk and their Quick Lane service. We were passing through Wichita and needed an oil change. Went to the other Ford dealer in town and they said it would be 3 hours. So we went over to Hambelton Ford. Mistakenly went to the dealer service desk rather than the Quick Lane down the road, but Kent Kjelland said no worries and took care of me right there. Said it might be an hour and a half but it was better than the other place. Without me asking, he also noted a recall due, said they had the part, and they would take care of it while it was in the shop. The waiting area was very comfortable, snacks and drinks available, outlets for the laptop, and a fairly quiet environment to do a little computer work while waiting. Everything was done in less than an hour!! Kent was extremely pleasant and very service oriented. I wish every dealer service experience could be like this one. Thank you!!!

By far the worse experience we had with the salesman name Tommy. He lied on the deal, was being racist and rude and basically told us to go f yourself and take your trade in back and give us our car back. Later sent in other people to apologize that he was having a bad day. He lied on his Accord that there was no accident or collision. Next day we found out it had a major head on collision and all airbags were deployed. Instead of owning up to his mistake, he asked us to leave and that he's not dealing with these games and Bs. What I don't understand is what games? We caught you in a lie and wanted to clarify. They refused to let us talk to the GM. So we took our mustang back, left them with their accord even all financing and paperwork was done. Just because Tommy was D Bag. He needs to be in anger management classes not a sales rep. Bad for business. The world will and this dealership will be better off without his anger and racism and unprofessionalism and his lack of ability to own up to his lie.

First off I'd like to state I've never been to this dealership and never will for the following reason: For Gods sake, spend less money on advertising!! I'm forced to watch your darn ad everytime I watch YouTube. It's beyond annoying. A few times, sure. But multiple times a day, every single day, over and over and over. I will literally never buy anything from this dealership because of how ridiculous it is. Your ad shows nearly 700,000 views. How many of those are getting blasted to the same people over and over and over again. Ask for a refund from whomever you hired to do your marketing. They screwed your dealership

I bought my very first vehicle from Robert Kinney/The Redneck Guy! And I absolutely love it! He made everything so easy and made me feel like I was buying from family. The experience is what I wish every car buyer could have! Vehicle recall was done in a timely manner. Dealer records kept which makes for easy check in and out. Busy quick lane . Waiting area is nice and clean for the wait. Knowing vehicle service is done right is why I keep coming back

These guys are great! Came in on a Friday afternoon with a check engine light. They were able to help last minute. Great customer service, as well!
