“I went in Wednesday for a titer showing I've had chicken pox (for school) and got my results early Friday morning. My experience at the office it's self was amazing, the lady taking my blood was very kind and fast. I was in and out within 5 mins.”

“Of course! Here’s your review without the dash marks and with smooth punctuation throughout:
I had a really good experience at Quest Labs. It took me a little bit to figure out exactly where it was since it’s inside the building (not in the hospital, I was a bit confused at first!).

I don’t go to the city much, but once I parked near the hospital and walked over, it was easy enough to find.

The walk wasn’t bad at all once I knew which building I needed. (I took a picture of the building if it helps!)

Check-in was super easy since I already had an appointment. I just signed in on the little kiosk/tablet. My appointment was at 8:15 AM, but I arrived around 8:00, and they called me back almost right away.

There were two very nice ladies working in the lab area who did my blood draw. They were friendly, professional, and quick. The whole process was smooth, and I was on my way in no time.

The office is upstairs, so you’ll need to take the elevator, and once you get off, it’s just to the right, pretty much right in front of you.

Overall, a super friendly and efficient experience, and I’d definitely go back!”

“Had to take a drug test for a job. Ilene was the worker who performed the test and was so nice. She explained every detail of the test to me to ensure I knew what I was being tested for and the process. The facility was very clean and sanitized. Nothing like the previous comments.”

“After reading a lot of reviews, I was hesitant to come to the Ridge Rd location. However, my whole experience went very well. If possible, schedule an appointment, complete the pre-appointment registration, and do the self check-in at the lab. I cannot review the front desk personnel as I did not need their help. The lab tech was very pleasant, explaining what he was going to do, making sure I was comfortable. The first vein closed down too soon, so I did have to have 2 sticks - not his fault. The waiting area is rather small and could become crowded quickly. The areas I was in appeared to be very clean. I recommend this lab.”

“Came to this AMS to get blood work done. I don't currently have insurance and this place is saving me over 100 in expenses. The lady at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. There was no wait time on a Friday afternoon. The health care worker-nurse- that collected my sample was nice and professional. I hate having my blood taken- always have. Luckily, the nurse initiated a distraction conversation to help bc she knew how to deal w someone that hates their blood being taken. It was a good conversation- a short conversation since she was skilled in her profession and was in and out like a boss. That's it everything- the whole experience-was all over in a matter of minutes. The ladies will have my results to my Dr Monday. Great job ladies-”
