I called last Friday and someone named Kara Ayers helped me with some information and bills and more. With Allstate i have never received such good service before. She is so friendly and understanding and such a nice behave. I really really appreciate her. She is great. I’m thinking to change my insurance but for her service I didn’t.also Allstate have lot of service please make sure everyone can can get all service. Allstate is great. Thank you for everything. Since I haven't really had much experience with the local office or home office, I can't give and real valuable feedback. I was called once by Matt and he was very kind and helpful. Very respectful. I was annoyed when my premium went up supposedly because my roof was older. But that doesn't make much sense to me. And I've not made any claims so I can't address your claim service or if you drop people for making a claim or raise their rates. So from my limited experience I have no complaints.

Matt Sims is a breath of fresh air in my dealings with insurance agents. I called him cold last year with insurance requirements for home and auto and he not only was all over my needs,He continued to follow up on several issues that was over and above the original scope but was important to me.His team that he put together is first class as well.,Highly recommend.KM
