I kid you not, I was kicked out of this store for walking my bike inside. The manager was horrible and she smelled like a stiff drink.

Horrible customer service I tried to contact customer service 15 time I got transferred and disconnected for a window blind install. I never got anywhere, I will try to find a different installer from a different company.

I have never NEVER had a worst experience at lowes than I had just now. I needed someone to unlock hedge trimmers. I look around....no one can help me. 5 people standing there in customer service.... no idea what to do. I must have been in there forty five minutes before some inept employee unlocked it

I was able to go into the garden center early and easy enough on Saturday morning. I was able to pick up additional bricks for my flower beds and a few flowers too.

Rented the carpet cleaner for my business. And they would not take it back after three times of cleaning it. They even tried to say that it was broken. It was not broken and it was not dirty. We had to drive across town three times and it was a very inconvenient. I would not recommend renting a cleaner from this location, unless you wanna waste a bunch of time and money.

Needed some lumber, asked for help to find the right ones. No one ever came to help me after cashier pages them twice. So I had to go to Home Depot!

This place sucks for customer service.
The guy at the cash register said he can't help us even though just standing there doing nothing. He paged for help 3 times and nobody bothered to help us. Wasted 10 minutes trying to get help before finally leaving. Took my business elsewhere.

The employees were very helpful, and went out of their way to find what I needed. I was looking all over for a door picture hanger, and finally found one there. Nice job Lowe's. Have a good day everybody, Yo Yo ?

A really nice variety of plants, flowers. Had an opportunity today to ask help from 3 different employees- all were super helpful. A good visit & left with everything I needed. A++
