Used to like the other guys but I honestly drive farther to get better selection and pricing.

I have never NEVER had a worst experience at lowes than I had just now. I needed someone to unlock hedge trimmers. I look around....no one can help me. 5 people standing there in customer service.... no idea what to do. I must have been in there forty five minutes before some inept employee unlocked it
