Rude lady behind the service desk. I had the model number for the limit switch I am needing, and she insisted on the model number for my furnace! I am sure if I had the model number on my unit, the same part will pop up on the limit switch I am needing! Another cold night thanks to this lady!

Called them on the phone and when I arrived I was misguided! In my case of needing parts on friday..they ruined the whole weekend on a main water line. Went to Hajoca and it's night and day!! Don't see myself calling this place again. Somewhat rude mixed with we don't have any of that..Go to Hajoca*
