I was recently on the hunt for an Optima UHD65 4k projector...after another local visual store laughed at me and asked why I would want that one and refused to order it I found these guy and Thomas who went out of their way to get this for me, and install it. The whole team is extremely professional and helpful with everything I needed. To the point of after a few weeks I noticed a white spot on the screen coming from it. They got ahold of the Representative from Optima and got me a new one to replace it and reinstalled it. I am so appreciative for service like this. When looking for local Visual and Sound guys I can not recommend anyone better than these guys!

I was connected with this business through Apple's iPhone battery replacement program. The employees were very courteous and knowledgeable and were able to get my battery replaced in a timely manner.

Had an accident with my MacBook computer and took it in to see what could be done. It was beyond repair and getting old so I talked to them about a new one. They were so very helpful and were even able to save everything from my old hard drive. The accident happened on a Saturday and I had a brand new computer, complete with everything from the old one, by Wednesday! I didn't have to do a thing to the new computer - it was completely ready for use. I have never had a computer purchase that went so smoothly and so quickly!

Drive two hours to get my phone screen fixed was told by apple they do same day. Upon arrival guy tells me right away it's not same day. He states they have told Apple before it's not same day. My advice is they should be calling customers to tell them it's not same day in case they're driving hours to this location! Lack of communication on all sides.

I was quoted $188 to "look" at my computer. Took the 3 month old computer that I bought from Livingsound (spending over $1500 there) to Monkey Bytes on East Douglas and was charged $20. Zero customer service at Livingsound. Will be driving to Overland Park for any further Apple needs.

Called ahead for availability on a power supply for a six-year-old laptop series. They had one in stock and it was waiting for me a the front, when I arrived, three minutes later. Polite, courteous, friendly and approachable. Took me longer to drive a quarter mile than to check out. Highly recommend them. THANK YOU!

This place was great! Knowledgeable, kind and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Went in to get a key fixed on my MacBook and they helped me out. Then found out that there was a recall on my year of MacBook. And I asked them to give my mac a memory upgrade. They did it all faster than was was quoted at a great price. Communication was great in letting me know when it was finished and what the status was. Front desk guys were awesome and very polite. Thanks.

Mandy is great to work with. I had bought a case for my macbook (a non electronic item) and wanted to return it because it didn't fit properly. When I went to return it i was told i could not because of a no return policy. I was upset and the store associate offered to have his manager call me. Mandy called me (manager of Living Sound) and made me a customer again with the offer of store credit or a return on the item. I highly recommend Living Sound because of their great customer service.

The team at LivingSound make for a great experience every time I visit. And when I needed them the most - to bring my six year old MacBook back to life - they really pulled through. As an Apple Service Provider, not only did they properly replace my Mac's mother board in just three days, they did it at a quarter the price quoted by Geek Squad.

Staff had the wrong phone number entered in to the computer. No attempt to correct the phone number (such as double checking the hand-written check-in sheet) once they attempted to call, and no attempt to e-mail me that the diagnostics on my device indicated no repair was needed. Not at all satisfied with the service provided.

You MUST visit the business and try out their sound room! Bring in the music you love and experience it in a way you never thought you could. It's just absolutely mind-blowing.
