I can't say enough good things about working with Rosalie to buy our car.
We had shown up to purchase our car at the time we had prearranged four days in advance
with the salesperson we had been working. He was not there or responding to messages. To say I was mad is an understatement.
The way Rosalie stepped in to help us was above and beyond! Things that were ask to be done four days in advance were not done. She went out and took care of everything despite the blazing heat.
The way Rosalie handled the situation with such professionalism getting everything quickly done was amazing. We are grateful for her hard work and calming a situation where I was ready to walk out.
We will definitely be buying from her again.

We worked with salesperson Rosalie Isern prior to visiting Lexus of Wichita. We live in New Mexico, so the trip was a bit challenging and this was our very first Lexus purchase. We could not have selected a finer dealership to buy our beautiful new RX 350h from! We had the most amazing experience from the moment we walked in the door. We were accommodated beyond all expectations and treated with great respect. Rosalie is AMAZING and she is a wonderful human being. She treated us like family and assisted us with every question and concern we had. Her knowledge of the business, vehicles, products and options were staggering. We were going to Lexus of Wichita to look at a car, but we left the dealership feeling like we had made a new friend. We absolutely love our new car and we love our new friend Rosalie! We have already recommended to our friends that they contact Rosalie at Lexus of Wichita and we will continue recommending her! We look forward to seeing her again. So much that we are contemplating having our preventative maintenance completed at Lexus of Wichita!
Thank you and thank you Rosalie for your professionalism!

I did not purchase from them but I was never greeted or helped from anyone. I checked out the front line up, walked around the lot, checked out the cars on the front again, went inside... No one even greeted me. I left after I thought someone was actually coming out to help me but they were just coming outside to pick up their Uber eats delivery. ? I have been debating between an Acura or a Lexus for my next vehicle purchase, thanks for making my choice easy.

Trying to buy a car from Walsner Lexus did not work out for us. We walked in eager to see their used Lexus and find our new vehicle. However, much to our surprise, We could not get a salesman even interested in talking to us.
Apparently, even though their showroom is open until 8pm on weeknights, you are expected to not show up after 5 unless you make an appointment. (although they didn't tell us this until our third visit there trying to look at their used Lexus.)
On our first visit, after about 45 minutes of hanging out in the showroom, we did get to speak to a salesman about 6:30 pm, but he made it very clear to us that he would be able to go home if he were not having to talk to us. I told him I was fine with waiting longer to work with someone else if he felt we were holding him up from going home. He said he would stay since he was devoted. But- it was hard to stay positive about working with someone who didn't want us as a customer.
It was so odd to have a salesman make us, potential customers, feel like such an inconvenience to him.
He then proceeded to immediately push extended service contracts even though we had not even looked at any vehicle. Spent at least 20 minutes telling us how we should only look at Certified Used Vehicles due to the service contracts that can be bought with those. Neither of the cars in their inventory that we hoped to see were on site. One was being cleaned and one (which was listed on their website as available) had apparently given out as a loaner vehicle. So, He did end up passing us off to another salesman and asked him to get us behind the wheel of a car that was nearly brand new and several thousand more than we were looking at spending. (for a test drive). Our salesman himself never asked our last name, nor did he ask for our phone number. We had asked they notify us when the cars we were interested in returned to the lot. The second salesman was nice at least, but we were not "his" clients since the other salesman talked to us first.
We returned two different evenings shortly after 5 pm hoping to see the cars we were interested in. But we could not get help.
There were other potential customers each evening who also were not able to get any assistance.
On our last visit, after we waited patiently for an hour or so, the sales manager on duty finally came out of his office and told us that we really needed an appointment if we were showing up in the evenings. He said they don't staff enough people in the evenings to be able to work with us as walk-ins.
It was at that moment I lost my patience. Why did the sales manager not come out sooner to tell us to just go home as he was not going to have staff to help us? It would have been nice to have been told during our first visit that even though the showroom is open until 8, they don't have time to help you without a scheduled appointment. It seems there is a top-down issue in the sale department. The manager was actually pretty rude about the appointment issue. He told me I should have realized before then that an appointment was necessary.
We were apparently wasting our time each evening we were there. We didn't realize we were breaking their unwritten appointment rule.
The positive was there were no high pressure salesmen bugging us from the moment we entered, but the bad was there were NO salesman interested in selling us a vehicle at all.
Instead, we made the drive down to Oklahoma and ended up buying our Lexus from a dealership down there. They were happy to work with us. The Oklahoma dealership was quite busy in the evening, but appeared to be helpful to all who were entering the building during the time we were there. They ended up closing on several different vehicles that evening.
We would have preferred to buy local, but Walsner Lexus did not appea

Vy is the most transparent, professional, and congenial business person we have ever had the privilege in procuring the vehicles we have acquired from the dealership he is employed by. We could have never hoped to be so fortunate procuring the vehicles we have purchased and leased. He goes above and beyond when helping folks acquire their "dream" cars. His positive attitude to everyone he assists is a pleasant advantage for Walser customers. It all starts at his home and family. He is an outstanding individual both at work and especially off duty at home with his beautiful family. Whatever he is being compensated by the dealership for all his efforts ought to be substanially increased for the benefits he brings to his corner of the complex. He is double awesome and BTW so is brother Vu.

Purchased a vehicle out right with cash on 3-20-2024. Asked them to mail the title to my po box due to my mail getting stolen repeatedly. The did not mail to my po box. So i have no title. Now its past the 60 day registration deadline so i cant legally drive this vehicle. Its my wifes only way back and forth to work. No one will awnser the phone or return a call. Now i have a $27k vehicle sitting on top of late fees. Apparently they dont want to make it right.

Slimy sales tactics. They’ll send you messages saying they have the new GX in stock to come take a look. Then when you contact them to come in it turns out they don’t actually have the vehicle in stock and there’s a 90 person wait list. It seems like they’re trying to pull a bait and switch by getting you in the dealership then trying to sell you something else.

We drove 3 hours on Memorial day to look at a car that they have had since last year. I confirmed that it would be available to look at it. After locating it on the lot and asking to take a look, we discovered it was in terrible shape, the paint looks like a child tried to buff the paint, apparently the brakes are shot, it needed a service and the shop didn't want to let us have the keys to look at, which Rosalie finally did talk them into letting us look at it and taking it for a drive.
We had the displeasure of dealing with Lance after he "shooed" Rosalie away and took over the deal. Which I feel he owes her an apology for the manner he spoke to her in front of us.
He made my wife feel uncomfortable with his behavior, and practically mocked me when I rejected his trade in offer. Told me, "that's fine, it can sit out there as long as it takes to sell".
It's a shame, because this was a 6 hour trip wasted, and it looks like I'm not the only one that has had this experience with him. I know it's going to fall on deaf ears, but I've never felt so disrespected at a dealership in my entire life. I am not my wife's "daddy", I don't need her permission to buy anything, nor does she need mine. If I want to take time to think about making a deal, I'm going to do it. I don't care if he thinks I take too long to consider my options. If you don't want to sell a car, then don't list it as ready when it's clearly not.

I had a disappointing experience at Lexus Walser. I walked in eager to see the cars and ready to make a purchase, but my presence was not acknowledged. Although the lady who welcomed me was very nice, the sales representative was unfriendly. The manager did not improve the situation either. He explained that the car in the showroom was already sold and wouldn't even open the doors for me to look inside, let alone allow a test drive. This was particularly disheartening as I have had many cars serviced and purchased from them in the past. This is certainly not the way to treat a prospective customer.

Vy Nguyen was great to work with and put my son in a used vehicle he loves! Everyone was helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Lexus of Wichita and Vy. My family will definitely be back!
