I ordered some bras online after guess estimating some sizes based upon my last visit. I was wrong and everything I ordered was too big. Kristi was AMAZING and helped me find what I needed in the right size while helping me find some fashionable styles. Bra shopping isn't my favorite but Kristi reminded me of a hip auntie. I was in and out with time to spare during my lunch break!

I originally went to Torrid at Towne East, and they only had up to size 26, even though the company goes up to 30. I couldn't find anything, so I tried Layne Bryant. I was met with two lovely ladies who were so sweet, kind, and helpful! I have lost 60 lbs and desperately needed some pants that wouldn't fall off! Layne Bryant had my size, and the employees were MUCH friendlier than the other place. The sweet older woman was super encouraging and applauded my weight loss, and I could truly see joy in her face when she congratulated me! They got me a fitting room quickly and helped in every way possible!! I was very pleased with the services at this store!!! Thank you Ladies!!! Also, MUCH better selection for bras! All kinds of sizes, shapes, colors, cuts, purposes, comfort levels... Wow!

I wish I could give 3.5 stars. Staff is always exceptional, patient and knows how much attention to give, and when you want to shop on your own without someone hovering. In the fitting room, they check on you the appropriate amount, and give great feedback- even negative when needed, unlike other stores who will hype you up in an outfit that is poorly fitting.The clothing options just aren't my favorite, and the bras don't last. The under wire in every bra tries to murdür me within 6 months of purchase. I wash my bras in garment bags, hang them to dry by the middle piece between the breast. I do only have 2 bras at a time that I wear, and drive them until the wheels fall off. ? So that's partly the issue. I should however be able to pay more and not receive walmart quality clothing.

I love Lane Bryant's clothing and bra's so I thought let's jump on the lane bryant credit card train. Oh boy was that the biggest mistake of my life, don't fall for the if you sign up you get $20-30 off your purchase when using it right then and there. They add it onto your account and say it's some other kind of fee that they cannot remove, they also took the money out of my account twice and said they haven't received any payments and that I now owe double and late fees and interest added. Customer service has been such a pain in my butt and not even considerate and super rude too me and arguing with me even though I've sent them multiple bank and email statements. This was the worst first impression and experience I've ever had with a company's credit card, I high recommend you stay as far away from this one as possible. Stick to shopping in store where there is no gimmicks and the people are actually nice and caring and will take good care of you but as for their customer service, I hope you never have to use them. They are useless, every single of them even the supervisors.

I recently had a breast reduction and had no clue where to start when it came to bra shopping. Kristi was amazing at helping me find exactly what I needed! She went above and beyond and made sure I was well taken care of, even finding me a great deal in the process! Then to come home to a lovely card in the mail a few days later was just icing on the cake. I will definitely return there and look forward to seeing Kristi again!
