After reading a lot of reviews, I was hesitant to come to the Ridge Rd location. However, my whole experience went very well. If possible, schedule an appointment, complete the pre-appointment registration, and do the self check-in at the lab. I cannot review the front desk personnel as I did not need their help. The lab tech was very pleasant, explaining what he was going to do, making sure I was comfortable. The first vein closed down too soon, so I did have to have 2 sticks - not his fault. The waiting area is rather small and could become crowded quickly. The areas I was in appeared to be very clean. I recommend this lab.

I was billed once for $73 And change in Sept 2024 Then sent 5 more bills the following week. Immediately, they sent me to collection for the $73.
I received a call telling me it had went to collection and paid it immediately. This after I had went to their patient portal saying I owed $0. They need to get their shit together!

Lady up front is very rude like stated in other comments. Doesn’t want to do her job and the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced and I work in healthcare. My goodness, horrific behavior for very simple appointments and questions.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had with any medical office of any sort. I’ve never felt the need to leave a bad review at any establishment I’ve been to, besides this one. I brought a script in that had multiple tests that I needed to have done and the lady that helped me was very upset that she had to do her job and put the tests into the computer. Very audible sighs, saying that’s like “Jesus Christ,” telling her fellow employees that “it’s stupid,” and other things that simply made me feel like a nuisance and very uncomfortable for needing bloodwork done. Will never be coming to this location.

Incompetent. Dr Office faxes orders over Thursday and has a confirmation yet LabCorp can't find it Monday. Well it was probably there but God forbid the lady at the desk go look. Gave zero effort. If it wasn't in front of her it didn't matter. All they did was cost me money from work.

Ive used this location several times over the last several, appts are easy to make and quick. Location is convenient and clean. Staff has been friendly, helpful, good at getting a blood draw an quick.

The bleach blonde older white woman treats me rudely every time I come here. I have been coming here for years now. Every time I have anxiety about what her mood will be. I have an extreme phobia of blood and needles that tends to make me faint. This is already a stressful thing for me to worry about but fear of what mood she will be in only worsens this distress. Usually I try to give her the benefit of the doubt. Maybe she just coincidentally has a bad day every time that I am there, however, that is likely not probable based on reading previous reviews that also complained about a blonde woman behind the desk/doing labs. Everybody else I have encountered here has been so kind. They are extremely empathetic and treat me the way somebody should treat a patient. They were the only reason I kept coming back as a loyal costumer. Unfortunately, I am not coming back to this location anymore because of my negative experience with this blonde woman specifically.

Scheduling and rescheduling my appointment online was easy. Checking in was also easy. They got me in and out quickly. However, the room seemed untidy and gross to be honest. At other providers I hardly feel the poke..here it was painful and my arm is still hurting an hour later. I wouldn't recommend this location.

Lots of poor reviews for this location. But my experience was positive. Clean environment. Friendly, competent staff. ~25 minute visit

Horrible service. The blonde lady behind the desk/lab tech needs to be removed. She has a terrible attitude and even worse patient care. I would recommend any other lab location than this one.
