Decent location near campus, but always seems to have issues w the card reader. WSU is mostly cash free so when I stop in to pay for anything with card and the machines down, I’m SOL. Has happened a good 2-3 times in a row now. Staff was also very stern/unhappy about reminding customers that their card system wasn’t working.

Always have a “Be back in 15 min” sign up. 30 minutes later… always same dude with the sign up. So many people turn away. If I was the manager, I’d be pissed!

Went and got gas for the truck and the kid at the register gave my dillons points to the car next to me and said oh well nothing he can do. It was a lot of points and I am not happy. I will not be going back to this location again. The kid needs to be replaced or reprimanded.

This place is always so dirty every time Im in here. The bathrooms stink and have urine all over them every time. The sink equipment is always broken and is out most of the time.

I have been coming to this gas station for the past few years. Today, after I swiped my credit card and about to lift the nozzle, the gas just came out before I even pressed any button. It ended up spell quite a few gas on the ground and my hand as well so I have to put the nozzle back without putting gas in my car. I went inside the shop to inform a staff about the situation. First, she couldn't understand what I said so I explained it again. Then she replied me (like she couldn't care less), that she doesn't have the control of the pump. This is the moment I need to remind her that they should put a "out of order" sign on the pump as this could be a fire hazard.I won't come back to this gas station anymore. Their gas pumps and equipment are outdated or not working well that I often need to switch to different pumps to get it done. Today is the last straw!
