The lady behind the counter was a very rude and obviously did not know how to do her job. She even went above and beyond to tell me I couldn’t pay with my debit card, weird. She also didn’t know how to issue lottery tickets and she stared at me and my child very rude, never coming here again

This establishment is an embarrassment to Wichita! I am mortified at how they treat their customers! In-between 2 job I hold and after spending time at a funeral today, I stopped in to use the restroom, fix my make-up, get myself something quick to eat and drink and out the door to my next shift. Abruptly, one of the ignorant employees barges in to accuse me of doing drugs in there and tell me to leave immediately! I was very caught off guard by this and had no opportunity whatsoever to discuss the matter as civilized adults. I quickly gathered my things and was washing my hands when they sent a civilian into the restroom with 3 children to again scream at me to leave! The kids were started as the women went on to threaten to hurt me and accused me of being homeless as if that is somehow bothersome for them. So humiliated I had no way to defend myself or the kids for this traumatic encounter! I am so disappointed in humanity and lack of professionalism. I'm not homeless, nor am I poor, nor am I on any drugs. I'm truly ashamed.

Whoever bought Kwik Shop from Kroger only cares about profit. They are all run down now. Dirty floors. Slow service. Never enough employees.

Great prices on Kroger Brand items. Update: looks like the store has fallen on hard times. Paint is peeling on signage. Restroom is dirty. One stall out of service. Soap and paper towel dispensers not working. Coffee tasted old.

The pay at the pump feature never, ever works at this or most any other Kwik Shop location, which I only go to when I have let my tank run low and it is the closet option. I am going to do a better job at filling up sooner and somewhere else from now on. I hate having to go inside and pay for a generic amount of gas that may or may not fill my tank rather than just paying and filling up at the pump and then just driving off, particularly when the weather is bad.

I went up there today and Laura was a disrespectful individual. She had a bad attitude out this world for absolutely no reason. She ignores me at the register until I said something to her. She then began with her smart remarks like a little child. So I had to check her on it. It got ugly in there. I really recommend her to be fired or written up for poor customer service.i got here all the time and I've never had not one issue. Everyone else is friendly and kind. I don't know what her issue was with meBecause I don't know herBut that girl is toxic and mentally unstable and she needs to have some sort of consequences handed to her .
