Poor customer service, just want an exchange but can't exchange something unless general manager is there. So ofcourse it's on someone else's time as always. If the manager assistant or even an employee there can't do it then they have no business working there. Someone should always be available to exchange something if it's a store that's always open.

Since they were sold by Dillons, their gas pumps aren't updated as they were in times past. The employees are nice, and they have Sbarros and pretty good food.

This has to be the worst managed Kwick Shop in Wichita. You are lucky if a pump works when you get gas. I don't recommend going inside if you like fountain drinks. Just go across the street to Sonic because they are always out of everything. I am not complaining to badmouth them. I am leaving this review in case someone in corporate reads this and wants to make Kwick Shop great again.

Can't redeem Dillon's fuel points anymore that sucks. Then whoever the manager is that oversees lawn care for all locations needs to find somebody faster. Waiting until May until it's the grass is 2 ft high is ridiculous

The store on Seneca just told my husband that he had just locked lottery tickets and would not sell him any. Is there a time these are locked? Or was the guy just being rude? Please answer me on this. If need be I will follow up with lottery federation, they would not like that tickets are being restricted for sale.

Staff is always rude, especially the woman with the Grey hair on top. Soda machine is out all the time. Never have cash change for purchases, large or small. That one really gets me. Qt it is for me from now on. Never have problems there. Can even get rolls of quarters. Need new staff.

Very clean and well maintained establishment! They have faulty debit card machines that will come back denied even if you have money in your account be aware. If you have to use this quick shop always have cash. Semi rude this time around!!! They also accept dillons cards for gas discount. Fix your debit card machines!!!!

They kicked me out of the store because they asked did I find everything okay well no I did not find everything okay you're always out of fountain drinks the fountain never works or they just don't keep it in stock then this kid named Bradon wants to come and record me and call me names tell me I'm fat talk about my triple fat chin and then the girl by the name of Heather ripped a pin that was on the counter out of my hand which is actually assault. I will never go back to to this place on 47th and Seneca they are so unprofessional and people have the right to have an opinion and don't ask them something if you don't want an actual honest answer! The staff has no idea what customer service actually means. They all should be fired.
