Pumps are often down. Screens have broken buttons and are hard to read. I always leave mad so will not go back. Wish I could rate it a zero.

Pumps NEVER work! They are either out of service, won't accept a card or once you get through the whole process of getting your card approved the gas part won't work. Plus the customer service sucks. This is a nice part of town--they need to do better. Frustrating.

Is this a gas station? That is a great question really. Do the pumps work? Rumor is sometimes they do. How about the card readers? Yet to be determined really.
Is it worth paying a little more because you can't use your fuel points and going to QT? Most definitely.

Half the pumps are out of service. No bags on the handles to tell you. Never has receipt paper. And pumps are slowest in town

11 pumps at this facility do not work, the 1st pump we stopped at said the keypad doesn't work went to another pump and it took 20 minutes to fill up my jeep the pump ran so slllllow, so if you ask me there were13 pumps that didn't work. This has been going on for atleast a month or two. Why are all these pumps not working?

Twice in the last 30 days I have tried to purchase a posted special,in two different stores and neither were honored. The first instance was at the Haven Kansas location. There was a display with a sign that indicated that you got a free drink with the purchase of a snickers bar. When it rang up it did not calculate the difference. I was told I could return the snickers bar, that I had pulled off of the signed display right next to the cashier for a refund or pay full price. In that instance I kept the snickers bar. This morning at the maize Kansas location there was a sign on the fountain drink machine that indicated a free drink with the purchase of a package of Cheezit cheese puff between 2-4.5 oz I verified the product that I chose with the cashier before purchase. We looked at the sign together. It was not reflected in the price when it rang up and the only option I was presented with was to not purchase the Cheezits or pay full price. I declined the purchase. The cashier suggested that I had somehow chosen a purchase that did not qualify, despite the fact that we verified the choice together. She indicated that the problem was not her responsibility
